Mariah Yeater Did Not Drop Her Justin Bieber Paternity Suit

A report by TMZ earlier today claimed Mariah Yeater and her lawyers dropped their suit and ran with their tails between their legs after Justin Bieber threatened to take a DNA test and countersue them for false accusations.

Not so fast, says Paternity Attorney, Jeffery Leving. Leving, who is now part of Mariah’s legal team, tells WGN Morning News that the lawsuit is going full steam ahead like Justin’s sperm went full steam ahead into Mariah’s uterus. Leving didn’t say that last part, but he should have to really drive his point home.

“But what about the DNA test that’s most likely going to prove Mariah is a liar?,” asked every sane and logical person. “DN-what?,” Leving said before pointing to something behind the reporter and running away.

“She believes Justin Bieber is the father. Right now there’s no more interviews for Mariah Yeater, I’m not going to allow that. Secondly, negotiations are going on right now with Bieber’s counsel and we’re trying to negotiate a private, secure DNA test with the same safe guards that would exist if there were a court order, but without a court order.

“The case is completely out of control and I don’t want something terrible to happen to my client or her child.”

“My goal is that when the DNA test is completed, which I believe it will be…my goal is to keep everything confidential so the results will remain confidential,” he said. Radar Online
