A photographer will be filing suit in LA this morning alleging Brian Austin Green beat the crap out of him while Megan Fox cheered him on. One Delbert Shaw claims he was taking photos of the two last December on the beach in front of the Four Seasons Resort in Hawaii when Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox verbally threatened him.
The suit says it escalated when Megan Fox yelled to Brian, “Are you going to let him get away with that?” His manhood now in question, Brian started beating the papparazzo and then threw his iPhone into the ocean.
Then he thumped his chest and peed on his face while Megan Fox tented her fingers and went, “Excellent.”
