Everyone pretty much knew it was a matter of time before the photog involved in the Paris Hilton/Brandon Davis slap fight decided to sue. To be fair, he hasn’t yet but is said to be seriously considering it.
The photog claimed that his neck and ears really hurt. Wait, why do his ears hurt? Did Paris sing to him?
He added, ”It’s not my style, but honestly? I’m in a lot of pain.” I wonder how many eye-rolls he got when he said that? I bet it was so many that you could hear a squishing sound as they rotated in their sockets.
