Batman Shooter Called Himself ‘The Joker’

According to reports, NY Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said the guy who shot up the theater in Colorado called himself The Joker.

“We have some information, most of it is public. It clearly looks like a deranged individual. He had his hair painted red, he said he was ‘The Joker,’ obviously the ‘enemy’ of Batman,” Kelly said about the suspect, 24-year-old James Holmes, at a news conference Friday.

Everyone has already mentioned that The Joker has green hair but it could have possibly been an homage to the scene in the last Batman movie where The Joker puts on a red wig to blow up the hospital.

In either case, screw this guy. The only way this shooter, James Holmes, could be even more of an asshole is if he told everyone how the movie ends. And then even a bigger asshole if he manages to get Warner Bros. to cancel Dark Knight screenings across the country as the studio is rumored to be considering.
