Management of The Old Absinthe says the bartender, who Cuba Gooding Jr. cussed out and shoved into a wall, has dropped all charges against the actor. This despite a TMZ report saying the bartender was so upset that she followed Cuba outside shouting, ”I don’t give a f*ck if you’re a celebrity … you don’t push people.”
Management most likely convinced her to drop the charges. When you run a bar, you want to be celeb friendly. You can’t have a celebrity go around telling their friends that the cops are going to show up every time you shove one of their bartenders. You don’t want that type of bad publicity.
