Kim Kardashian Wants a Star on the Walk of Fame

Kim Kardashian tells V Magazine that reality stars should be allowed to get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and that she wants to be the first to get one when that happens. She explains that much like rap music was initially misunderstood, so is reality tv. You know, because of all the social commentary in reality tv what with all those stars living in the projects looking for an escape.

“I think there was a quote where somebody said that reality stars will never get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. So, of course I’m so competitive that I think that it would be a huge achievement and a goal that anyone would want. I would love to break that mold (sic).”

The good news is getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame isn’t as big as a deal it seems. They say you need to be in one of the five major entertainment categories but they still gave stars to the Apollo 11 astronauts, Magic Johnson, Muhammad Ali, and Mickey Mouse. If the committee had a sense of humor, they’d make an exception for Kim and put her star in front of the International Love Boutique adult store where Mike Meyers’ star is.
