Steven Tyler Says He’s Not a Racist

A few days ago,  criticized Nicki Minaj’s judging ability by saying she would have sent Bob Dylan back to the cornfield if he had auditioned for her. For whatever reason, Nick Minaj took it to mean she wouldn’t have recognized Bob Dylan’s talent because she was black and/or a rapper. She pulled out the That’s Racist gif and went in on Steven saying they should make him wear a “No Coloreds Allowed” shirt and march him down to Barbara Walters.

Tyler, naturally, made a WTF face and went on a Canadian talk show to explain himself. “I apologize if it was taken wrong, Nicki … but I am the farthest from [being a racist]. I am the last thing on this planet as far as being a racist. I don’t know where she got that out of me saying I’m not sure how she would’ve judged Bob Dylan.”

Hey, wait. That’s not how one defends themselves when they’re called a racist. He forgot to add how some of his best friends are black.
