The Rock Had the Best Costume

You know you have the best costume ever when you’re dressed better than the person you’re supposed to be. That’s exactly what happened with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson when he dressed up as Lou Ferrigno’s version of The Incredible Hulk. He looks more terrifying than the actual Hulk. I bet he didn’t even have to cut up those jeans by hand. All he probably had to do was put them on and flex.
