Police have determined that Gabriel Aubry instigated the fight between him and Olivier Martinez. Detectives say Gabriel swung at Olivier’s face but missed and hit his shoulder instead. Olivier followed up with three quick punches to his face. Cops also are concerned about “Gabriel’s ongoing anger issues.” They say, “It seems he’s still having a hard time getting over his break up with Halle.”
Luckily, neither Halle nor Olivier will be pressing chargers. They explain that it’s not in Nahla’s best interest but it’s probably because Gabriel got his ass kicked so badly. It’s not like he’s not going to start a fight again. The most he can do now is mutter stuff under his breath and when Olivier asks what he said, he’ll just go, “Oh, oh, nothing.”
