Jessica Chastain Covers UK GQ in Lingerie

Jessica Chastain stars in the upcoming Zero Dark Thirty directed by Kathryn Bigelow who did the awesome Hurt Locker. Ergo, this was the perfect time to pose for the cover of GQ UK in her underwear. I like the way she thinks.

Speaking of the movie, Jessica says, “This film will make news. We all think we know how it ended. We don’t. And this movie is about how it really ended. It is shocking. When I first read the script, I was blown away by this woman. The sacrifices she made and what she had to do. It’s something I still get very emotional about. What happens when you live for this one goal? And then you achieve it.” Did you want an answer? I suspect you become quite pleased with yourself and you walk around all smug and stuff annoying your co-workers. You know, the ones who DIDN’T capture and kill Osama Bin Laden. Losers.

Jessica also talks about British people mistreating redheads. “You Brits are usually so mean to your redheads,” she says to GQ. “Why is that? In America it’s seen as a good thing. Look at Julia Roberts – she’s cool, right? I was working in Thailand and I’d be walking down the street and people – British people – would stop the car and scream, ‘ginger!’ at me.” Well, gingers have no souls. It’s a proven scientific fact. I saw a video about it on the internet.

Side note: Jessica Chastain went nude in Lawless with Shia LaBeouf and Tom Hardy.
