As a tribute to America (I presume) and to expedite heart attacks, McDonald’s China has introduced the Sausage Double Beef Burger. The burger is made with two sausages, two beef patties, a drizzle of mustard and a ban. Lettuce, tomato, pickles? No, little lady, this is a man’s burger. You’ll have to go somewhere else for your fruity lettuce.
