Victoria Justice attended the launch of H&M’s second eco-friendly Exclusive Conscious collection in West Hollywood yesterday. I think that means all those clothes are eco-friendly. In what way? Beats me. I assume throwing water on them dissolves them like sugar or toilet paper. Just to be sure, I’m going to get a bucket of water to test my theory.
