13 years of marriage is apparently enough for Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas. Two sources close to them say they are taking a break.
Douglas, 68, and Zeta-Jones, 43, who have two children, Dylan, 13, and Carys, 10, together, decided to spend time apart soon after he came back from the Cannes Film Festival in May. Zeta-Jones had recently returned from a scheduled second round of treatment to monitor her bipolar disorder.
Catherine being bipolar, Michael blaming her crotch for his throat cancer and Michael’s son going to prison for dealing meth could put a damper on any marriage. Those things would also make for an awkward Thanksgiving what with Catherine laughing and then crying the whole time, Michael having a Pavlovian fear response every time her vagina brushes past him and their son trying to call collect from prison only to have to conversation cut short because Bill wants to cuddle.
