Don’t Interrupt Madonna While She’s Texting During a Movie

Madonna was invited to the New York Film Festival premiere of Steve McQueen’s 12 Years a Slave and can you believe it? As the movie began, someone had the gall to tell Madonna to stop texting. Said a audience member, “a blonde in black lace gloves wouldn’t stop texting” so another audience member asked her to stop. Well, Madonna is not one to stand for this injustice.

She told that horrible person, “It’s for business… enslaver!” That’s right. Tell off that douchebag who was just trying to enjoy the movie! That enslaver. Don’t force your social norms on Madonna! I thought this was America! Plus, who else is going to tell the maid that there are dishes in the sink that need to be washed.

Another spy said that as the credits rolled and she tried to swiftly make a dash from the theater, Madonna heard director McQueen’s voice as he began a Q&A. She was overheard saying, “‘I want to hear Steve speak,’ then rushed back in for the Q&A,” the source said.

I wonder if she interrupted his Q&A with a bunch of inane questions. She seems like that type of person.
