No More Handjobs for Jennifer Love Hewitt

Awful news for Jennifer Love Hewitt. Her days of jerking guys off on Lifetime have come to an end. She’s been fully released from her duties as a tv masseuse. There’s no happy ending here.

Deadline reports that Lifetime has canceled The Client List. Issues started after Jennifer, also an exec producer on the show, requested her real life fiance and father of her baby play her character Riley’s baby daddy on the show. Lifetime and Sony TV didn’t want to deal with that mess so they just canceled the show.

The cancellation won’t impact Lifetime too much considering they already have two “successful” new series in Devious Maids and Witches of East End along with several pilots including HR starring Alicia Silverstone.

Side note: I wonder if HR’s plot will be centered around Alicia Silverstone baby-birding her kids. I hope so. There’s nothing I enjoy more than watching a mother vomit into her son’s mouth.
