Sean Penn Will Make You Eat Your Phone

Sean Penn was at the St. Regis Hotel in the Financial District of SF last night when he went off on a fan trying to take his photo. Penn was there for a sales conference, which the fan also attended.

A witness tells TMZ that Penn realized the guy was trying to take a photo when his flash went off. He ran after him and shouted, “Do we look like f*cking zoo animals?” It’s unclear whether the question was rhetorical.

Penn also grabbed the guy’s phone, slammed it to the ground and yelled in his best tough guy voice, “I’ll make you eat the phone. Get the f*ck outta here!”

A huffy Penn complained to hotel management saying, “You should do something about that.” Management asked if the fan wanted to call the police. He declined and left. Most likely dejected that he didn’t get a picture of his favorite actor. :(
