Jenner met with a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon today to discuss the large scar caused by the basal cell carcinoma that was removed from his nose in September and, since he’s addicted to plastic surgery, came out wanting to smooth out his disgusting Adam’s Apple.

TMZ notes that the procedure is typically done on patients in the first stages of gender reassignment surgery. Despite Bruce looking like a non-descript lesbian now, he says this is not why he’s doing it. “I just never liked my trachea,” he declared. The procedure, called a Laryngeal Shave, is scheduled for early next year. However, Bruce insists no surgery has been set and that his meeting was just a consultation.
