J.K. Rowling Working on a Harry Potter Play

Because the allure of millions of more dollars is just too great, JK Rowling is now working on a Harry Potter prequel play.

According to a statement sent by Rowling on Friday, the cash grab will be about Potter’s life before attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry exploring “the previously untold story of Harry’s early years as an orphan and outcast.”

Rowling will co-produce with veteran theater producers Sonia Friedman and Colin Callender. She will not write the script herself but will collaborate with another as of yet to be determined writer. She will then by another set of steak knives made of gilded elephant tusks.
