Selena Gomez Has Lupus, That’s Why She Canceled Her Tour

A week ago, Selena Gomez issued a statement canceling the rest of her tour in order to spend time on herself. I figured she just wanted to bang Lil Romeo. Popdust is reporting that it goes a little deeper than that and that Selena took time off to deal with her Lupus.

Sources say she was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease a couple years ago and that it had recently begun to flare up. Symptoms of the disease include facial swelling, a red rash on the face, extreme fatigue, headaches, joint pain and temporary loss of cognitive skills.

Says one source, “Selena has been going full throttle the past few years and her Lupus is really catching up with her right now. She knows that she needs to take some time to address the disease and look after herself better if she wants to live a full and healthy life.”

I think I’ve watched enough episodes of House to accurately conclude that it’s not Lupus. It’s never Lupus. Maybe a bee stung her on her inner thigh and she’s having an allergic reaction to the stinger that’s still stuck in there. I’m going to have to check it out. For science.
