Reports are saying Beyoncé is already looking to move out. Page Six claims she’s been shopping around for a new place having looked at a $21.5 million Chelsea penthouse early last month.
“She was very quiet, as if she was looking on the sly,” a source said.
Granted, maybe she’s just shy. But the source added she was definitely not shopping for two as Jay Z is usually very involved in real estate deals and that he loves their current Tribeca pad.
“There’s no way a $20 million apartment is for her mother or her sister. That would be wildly unlikely,’’ the source said.
Plus, the 4,045 square foot West 19th Street apartment doesn’t have a basement so if it was for her family, where would she keep her sister?
