Jeremy Clarkson Fired From ‘Top Gear’ for Punching Co-Worker

Breaking news: punching your co-worker can lead to termination. Jeremy Clarkson discovered that no one’s above workplace violence. Hey, it was just a bitch slap though! Clarkson made like Mike Tyson on associate producer Oisin Tymon’s face. Apparently, Clarkson didn’t enjoy the cold food that was given to him, so naturally, one beats up their co-worker. Of course.

An internal investigation began last week, led by Ken MacQuarrie, the director of BBC Scotland.

It found that Mr Tymon took himself to hospital after he was subject to an “unprovoked physical and verbal attack”.

“During the physical attack Oisin Tymon was struck, resulting in swelling and bleeding to his lip.”

It lasted “around 30 seconds and was halted by the intervention of a witness,” Mr MacQuarrie noted in his report.

“The verbal abuse was sustained over a longer period” and “contained the strongest expletives and threats to sack” Mr Tymon, who believed he had lost his job.

Clarkson supporters gathered a million signatures in a petition to keep him at the job. That didn’t work out too well did it.

Evidently, Clarkson rubs a lot of people the wrong way. He has a history of pissing people off including calling Mexicans ‘lazy’, Chinese people ‘slope’ and using the N-word in rehearsals. He’s like an old grandfather who doesn’t give a f**k anymore.
