Most mastermind criminals possess a strong intellect. Jose Espinoza does not fall under that category. The suspected car thief attempted to evade Madera city police by spray painting his entire face black. Id-ee-ut! The City of Madera’s Facebook page summarized it quite succintly:
Last night Jose Espinoza fled from a stolen car. Officers arrested Jose later in the evening after he fled a second time. This time Jose spray painted his face black in an effort to camouflage himself. The camouflage was ineffective.
Spray painting your face black wasn’t the answer, Jose. Have you ever heard of a cop NOT stopping a black person?
