Kid Rock Tells Confederate Flag Protesters to ‘Kiss My Ass’

Does it get any more white trash that Kid Rock? Well, Kid Rock just transcended to a new level; he’s insisting on flying Confederate rebel flags during his concerts. The singer released a statement to Fox News saying:

“Please tell the people who are protesting to kiss my ass.”

Well, yup, that sounds like the kind of thing that would run on Fox News.

Kid Rock has already had a few, I’m guessing, drunken thoughts published out in the world, like his comments on preferring “skinny white chicks with big tits,” and commenting on loving Beyoncé’s badonk. (Yes, those are conflicting thoughts; he’s a complicated guy!) So it should come as no surprise that he is now sharing/inflicting with us his political views

This particular First Amendment commenting seems to be in response to protests to Rock’s decision to hang the Confederate flag on stage during his concerts. The Detroit chapter of Al Sharpton’s National Action Network held a meeting where the group’s political director, Sam Riddle, questioned “How in the hell can Kid Rock represent Detroit and wave that flag just generating millions and millions in ticket sales – a flag that represents genocide to most of Detroit?” To answer this, I would like to pose a question to Sam Riddle, do you really think Kid Rock understands the intricacies and atrocities associated with are proliferated by the confederate flag? I mean, being from Detroit himself, he’s already to extremely too un-rare northern southerner. Really, you should just be sad he represents Detroit himself; he’s bringing the city down and that’s saying something.

What else would you expect from a Detroit boy who turned his back on the auto manufacturing industry for a chance to suckle Romney’s nutsack?

Hey it’s freedom of speech. Sorry if you can’t handle that. You can’t and won’t stop people from flying the Rebel flag. The more you try the more flags you will see flying. The strategy is backfiring. For many it’s heritage. That’s the truth. Plain and simple.
