Caitlyn Jenner Faces Manslaughter Charge, but It Was Bruce’s Fault!

Caitlyn Jenner better speed up those hormone treatments. Investigators have recommended charging Jenner with manslaughter for causing a fatal crash earlier this year. Let me take you back to February 2015.

Bruce Jenner, who’s about to change into a woman, rear ended a white car today on the PCH while being allegedly chased by paparazzi. The car was pushed into oncoming traffic and was struck by a Hummer leaving the female driver dead.

Jenner may have been texting at the time of the accident. Negligence! Try to escape this one, Jenner.

According to Page Six:

Investigators found that Jenner was driving “unsafe for the prevailing road conditions” when her SUV rear-ended a Lexus, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Nicole Nishida said.

Jenner was hauling an off-road vehicle on a trailer behind her Cadillac Escalade on Feb. 7 when she steered to avoid cars slowing for a traffic light in front of her on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.

Well, the case rests on a few significant points. First, they have to determine the actual road conditions. Then, they have to consider if indeed towing another vehicle was unsafe at that time. Finally, they have to decide who was driving at the time fo the accident. Was it Bruce or Caitlyn? The defense should point fingers at Bruce Jenner and argue Caitlyn’s a totally different person.

Caitlyn faces a year in county jail if convicted. If that happens, she’ll truly discover what it means to be a woman.
