Victoria Justice attended the Teen Choice Awards to hand out an award to Nina Dobrev. The award was for “Choice TV Actress, Sci-Fi/Fantasy”, i.e. some dumb category they make up to get celebs to attend the awards show they invent to sell more crap to teen viewers. The upside = hot actresses. Before all that went down though, Justice walked the red carpet and did her version of “Watch Me (Whip / Nae Nae)” for the camera.
