Teen Went Undercover as a Third-Grader — to Molest Other Third Graders

Ricardo Lugo faked being a third grader so that he could molest real third graders. What a sick, sick man. Lugo, 18, ‘attended’ Hurst elementary school in Fort Worth, Texas, where he groped a fellow classmate. That assault earned him 20 years in the slammer for indecency with a child. Lugo received the maximum available sentence for his crime. At least Texas does something right.

In addition, he was sentenced to 10 years of probation with deferred adjudication for possession with intent to promote child pornography. He had seven counts of possession of child porn and three counts of promotion of child porn.

If he violates his probation, he faces a potential 130 years in prison, according to court records.

What’s equally worse, another person helped him get into the school. Randy Ray Wesson, 29, faked a birth certificate to help Lugo’s scheme.

Wesson told authorities that he met Lugo on Instragram [sic] in December 2013 or January 2014, according to an arrest warrant affidavit. Lugo told Wesson he was unhappy living in Juarez, Mexico.

The Fort Worth man drove to El Paso in March 2014, picked up Lugo and brought him back to live in the Fort Worth/Dallas area.

Wesson admitted to authorities that he had a sexual relationship with Lugo, according to the affidavit.

Birds of a feather…

An investigation began when an online tip was sent to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on June 8, 2014 that associated Instragram account “littleboy8” with an email address associated with Wesson, according to the affidavit.

Wesson and Lugo were arrested in November 2014.

Think of this as a 20-year study hall for this guy.
