Didn’t everyone hate Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland? Well, lucky for us the sequel Alice Through the Looking Glass will be coming to theaters in May next year.
Starring Mia Wasikowska as Alice, and with Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, and Anne Hathaway returning this movie looks like a… waste of time. Speaking of time, Sacha Baron Cohen plays Time, the film’s antagonist. He actually looks kind of cool.
I was never particularly passionate about Alice in Wonderland as a kid so I don’t feel betrayed or anything. I guess my point is that we shouldn’t need to make everything a cool action flick to make it interesting and worthwhile.
