Former Subway spokesman and child molester Jared Fogle has a lot of nerve and his fingers crossed for a 5-year jail sentence, claiming his victims “were far older than many victims of this same crime.” However in some recordings being used to convict him, Fogle claimed he “had a little boy. It was amazing.” The prosecutors are asking for 12 1/2 years. Seems like it could be longer.
While he graciously admits that his actions were “inexcusable,” he still thinks he deserves to be cut a break since his victims were 16 and 17 years old. Sorry bro, still underage.
Fogle also claims that most of the child pornography found in his home had been given to him on one thumb drive that he never asked for, from the former head of the Jared Foundation Russell Taylor, who attempted suicide in jail after his arrest for child pornography.
And Fogle’s lawyer has met with a doctor who will testify to Fogle’s medical diagnosis. Fogle apparently “suffers from hypersexuality and alcohol abuse/dependence.” Not to mention, “weak evidence of erotic preference of a heterosexual pedophilia/hebephilia.”
“Weak”? Evidence? Not sure about that diagnosis, doc.
Jared Fogle deserves a break a “break” alright. A broken neck. The judge should have Fogle castrated and then send him to the gallows.
