Rose McGowan’s Dog Left an Old Woman Brain Damaged, Now Being Sued for Millions

In a recently filed lawsuit, 85-year-old Elna Ebner claims she and her daughter were on a walk in the Hollywood Hills last July when they crossed paths with Rose McGowan’s dog walker who was walking Mrs. Noodle and a small dog. Mrs. Noodle jumped on Ebner causing her to fall and crack her head on the cement. Ebner is said to have suffered extreme brain damage and now is under 24 hour care. Ebner is suing Rose’s insurance company for millions of dollars.

Mrs. Noodle sounds like a name you give to a tiny little runt but names are deceiving and Mrs. Noodle is actually a beast.

She’s a mixed breed and you can see how she could knock down a 4’7” 85-year-old grandma.

“Elna walks through the neighborhood every day. She’s a trouper. I was working in NYC when my dog walker stopped to talk to two of my neighbors, an 85-year-old mother and her older daughter,” she said. “My sweet-as-pie foster dog, Mrs. Noodle, a large but terribly gentle mixed breed, put her paws on the knees of a woman that stands 4’7″. The woman was standing on the hill’s 65 percent incline.”

She continued: “This terribly sad accident was an unfortunate sequence of events. Do I wish this tiny elderly woman hadn’t stopped to talk to my foster dog? Yes. Did it happen? Yes. Am I responsible? No.”

This is why when I see big dogs, I run to the other side of the street screaming like a little girl. See, mom?! See?! I f**king told you! Now will you stop laughing at me?
