Ben Affleck Is Writing, Directing, and Starring in His Own Standalone ‘Batman’ Movie

I bet it will be just as cool as his sick ass back tattoo.

Warner Bros. chairman and CEO Kevin Tsujihara confirmed Tuesday that the studio is moving forward with Ben Affleck’s one man Batman jerk off fest, in which he will probably play every character.

Tsujihara talked about it at CinemaCon, the yearly gathering of cinema operators in Vegas, because we all know what happens in Vegas will soon be coming to a theater near you. He talked about the record opening of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, which puts DC in a great place to work on ten more films by 2020.

Affleck is contractually bound to do two more runs as Batsy with his script being considered as one of those maybe to be filmed. There’s a lot of speculation on when it will come out, but if it takes the place of one of those two last films, it will either be 2018 or 2019.

The slated DC films that we know of  include Suicide Squad (Aug. 5, 2016), The Justice League Part One (Nov. 17, 2017), The Flash (March 16, 2018), Wonder Woman (June 2, 2017), Aquaman (July 27, 2018), Shazam! (April 5, 2019), Justice League Part Two (June 14, 2019), Cyborg (April 3, 2020) and Green Lantern Corps (June 19, 2020).

I don’t disagree with the attitude of this piece, however have read enough of Isadora’s pieces to know that if the actor doing this was black or a woman, Isadora would be promoting this potential movie as the most brilliant piece of cinematography ever created…
