‘Han Solo’ Might Be the Best ‘Star Wars’ Movie Yet

If James Cameron’s remarks yesterday had any bearing on your Star Wars opinion, have no fear, Star Wars expert Iain McCaig is willing to restore your faith in the new franchise’s direction. McCaig is a concept artist most notable for his work on the Star Wars prequels and The Force Awakens and he has some very special words to share on behalf of the Han Solo movie.

The Han Solo movie has by far the best Star Wars script, and one of the best scripts period, that I have ever read. I laughed, I cried, I did all the things you should do when reading a good script. You’re in for a treat.

Well, fine. If that’s it. It’s it. I’m always on board for good film and I’m even more on board with good film with good writing. Let’s just hope this is not a case of one guy saying this is great so we lower all standards to meet his standard of greatness. Expect the most.
