Michael Jackson Apparently Had a Thing for Torture Porn

We’ve all heard some unsavory things about Michael Jackson. It’s the price of mega fame. For every ounce of talent that man had, there was a rumor or an assumption about him that stood to tear him down from grace. Now, seven years after the pop star’s untimely demise, it’s surfaced that MJ may have had a disturbing collection. Jezebel reports:

Police reports reveal that the late Michael Jackson amassed a collection of gruesome pornography and violent images, including “animal torture, S&M, and gore” at his Neverland Ranch.

Way back when. You know when I’m talking about. That infamous time when Michael Jackson was investigated under allegations of child sexual abuse. Apparently, he had been found in possession of similar photos:

The erotic images were allegedly used to arouse the young boys Jackson entertained at Neverland. One private investigator reported that the pop star even had “sexy” underwear shots of his nephews, members of the band 3T.

The details around the case have always taken on a sensational aspect. Lines have been blurred between tabloid assumptions, his trial in the court of public opinion and discussed to death in the form of a self-congratulatory thinkpiece. And he didn’t do much to make himself look good before his 2005 acquittal.

He paid roughly $200 million in “hush money” to at least 20 different individuals. Former Santa Barbara Senior Assistant District Attorney Ron Zonen, who was involved in Jackson’s prosecution, asserts, “There’s not much question in my mind that Michael was guilty of child molestation.”
