Ben Affleck Securing ‘SNL’ Hall of Fame Spot By Dating Producer
Get ready to see a lot more disappointing episodes of Saturday Night Live hosted by Ben Affleck. According to the latest report from PEOPLE, Affleck is dating SNL producer Lindsay Shookus.

I promise everyone that this won’t end well. Not because Ben Affleck relationships haven’t tended to end well, but because no SNL sketch ever ends well.
They just kind of say a line that sort of fits in and cut away.
Affleck and Shookus have been spotted hanging out in Los Angeles recently, where Affleck currently resides. Shookus has been sleeping at Affleck’s place, they’ve gone to dinner together, she’s met Matt Damon. The typical stuff Affleck does with the women he’s courting.
Affleck and ex-wife Jennifer Garner officially filed for divorce a few months ago.
The bad news for Shookus is that her first name is Lindsay, not Jennifer, which means that this will be nothing more than a dating project for Affleck.
Shookus was previously married to fellow SNL producer Kevin Miller. The two have a child together and there’s no word yet if Shookus’ kid and Affleck’s kids have met each other. Or Affleck’s nanny.
Affleck is part of the SNL five-timers club, but hasn’t hosted the show since 2013. Either that will change next season or we’ll never see him on SNL again.
