Vanessa Hudgens looked distracted and upset while leaving a CVS pharmacy yesterday and ended up backing her Audi into another car. Instead of getting out to exchange insurance info, Vanessa rolled down her window to deal with the guy. Hudgen’s Audi had minor scratches on the back bumper while the other guy’s car has a large dent in the driver’s door.

That would piss me off if someone ran into me and just sat there waiting for me to walk over. Get off your ass and at least meet me halfway. Oh, I’m sorry. You’re a celebrity and there are paparazzi around? Well excuse me your highness.

Fame also has pictures of the driver’s side front of her car which Vanessa also messed up at one point or another proving that if you see Vanessa driving down the street, it’s best to just run the opposite way.

Nicole Richie was rear-ended by paparazzi in Beverly Hills on Monday. Her frail, malnourished body could barely handle the crash. Richie complained of pain and told responding officers that she’d seek her own medical attention. Luckily, Richie’s kids were not in the car. The driver who caused the accident is being arrested and booked for being unlicensed and for also being a pain in the ass.

“Ms. Richie was driving with a passenger around 2 p.m. when she was struck by two photographers driving in one vehicle behind her,” said Lt. Tony Lee of the Beverly Hills Police. “She complained of pain … Her car sustained moderate damage. No paramedics were called to the scene.”

He added: “She told officers she was going to seek her own medical treatment, so it’s unknown if she’s headed to a hospital or not.” [PEOPLE]

No word on whether Nicole actually drove to the hospital or floated there after a light breeze picked her up into the air. Joel Madden wasn’t available for comment because he was busy putting on his face.

Olympic gold medalist/weed enthusiast Michael Phelps was uninjured after crashing his Cadillac Escalade into a Honda Accord in downtown Baltimore last night. The Escalade, Accord and a parked car were all “seriously damaged.” The driver of the Accord was taken to the local hospital as a precaution. Also, in case they want to sue him they’ll have a trail of evidence. Police questioned Phelps about what happened but have since stated that alcohol was not a factor.

Aren’t Escalades built like tanks? How big of a hit does it take to “seriously damage” one of those things? Are you sure Phelps wasn’t under the influence? A good test would have been to wave a bag of Funyuns in front of him and if he gets a wild look in his eye and says, “I’ll suck yo dick fo some Funyuns,” then he might be stoned.

On Monday morning, Mikey Tyson’s 4-year-old daughter, Exodus, was found hanging from a treadmill cord by her 7-year-old brother. The brother alerted mom who unwrapped the noose from her neck and called 911. Responding firefighters attempted CPR and rushed Exodus to St. Joe’s Hospital where she is currently in critical condition and on life support.

Just another reason I don’t go running on treadmills. You never hear horror stories about ice cream choking someone out and putting them on life support.

Madonna was rushed to the hospital on Saturday when she fell off her horse in South Hampton, NY. She suffered minor injuries and bruising. The accident happened when Madonna’s horse was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of a bush to take pictures of her.

This is the second accident she’s had while horseback riding. In 2005 she broke three ribs, her hand and collar bone in an accident on her 47th birthday.

“The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer, who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend,” Rosenberg said in a statement to Usmagazine.com. “Madonna will be having further tests and will continue to remain under observation by doctors.”

Lucky for Madonna, her huge ego broke her fall. Also, I finally get to use this line. Fuck Madonna and the horse she rode in on.

Earlier this year, Lady GaGay smacked one of her dancers in the mouth with her microphone while performing at Vic Latino’s radio station Party 105. The dancer reportedly lost three teeth and had to have them capped. The info on the video describes the incident as such:

Lindsay Lohan’s assistant clipped another car with Lindsay’s two week old Maserati Quattroporte yesterday after leaving a rehab meeting. Lindsay disavowed any knowledge of the incident when asked.

Yet, here she is checking out the damage. You can tell how much she cares about her $115,000 car by the way she cups the front bumper like it was a pair of balls. I’m told she gave the shift a handjob when she got in.

As you may have heard, Natasha Richardson suffered a brain injury after falling at a ski resort. Now, more details have come up in the past few hours that clarify what exactly happened. According to a source, Richardson was at a private ski lesson on the beginners trail not wearing a helmet when she fell down. Richardson did not hit anyone and was “laughing and joking as she walked to her room on her own.” There were no cuts, bleeding or external signs of injury.

An hour later, however, Richardson started getting headaches. She was sent to a nearby hospital and then transferred to the ICU of Sacre Coeur Hospital.

The seriousness of her injury is not known, but Page Six reports that she is brain dead. Granted, no one has confirmed Page Six’s report.

If the brain dead report is true, that sucks. Especially when you consider it happened on the beginner level. If I was ever brain dead, I’d want it to be from doing something cool like saving a bunch of babies from a burning house or having sex with too many Playmates. Things I don’t want to be the cause of it include: baking a pie, cuddling with my stuffed animal or spraying canned cheese into my mouth after I finished masturbating.

Update 12:02 PM: The hospital says Richardson is not brain dead but suffering from brain swelling. She is currently sedated and being transferred to NYC.

Update 3:00 PM: TMZ says they can’t confirm reports that Richardson is only suffering from brain swelling.

Charles Lewis Jr., known as Mask amongst the MMA community and owner of TapouT, died in an accident at around 1:00 AM this morning after his $300,000 Ferrari Modena crashed into a light pole, splitting it in half. A female passenger was ejected from the car and taken to a local hospital where she was treated for broken bones.

Police say Mask was racing a guy in a Porsche and the two hit each other which sent both of them spiraling out of control. The Porsche made out unscathed and drove off. The driver and passenger in the Porsche were later found and arrested. The driver was charged with gross vehicular manslaughter with DUI.

There has been speculation that Mask’s female passenger may have been his fiance. A rep for TapouT released this statement:

“It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we must regretfully confirm the passing of our beloved friend, brother and co-founder Charles “Mask” Lewis following a car accident that occurred last night. We are currently in the process of setting up a memorial service in his honor and will release more details as they become available. Many thanks to all for the outpouring of blessings and well-wishes during this incredibly difficult time.”

However douchey the TapouT crew may seem, they did a lot for the MMA community through sponsorships, helping the sport grow. Granted, if what I’m reading is correct, Mask, who may or may not have been intoxicated at the time, was street racing. If true, it’s hard to feel too much pity for him. Have people learned nothing from Nick Hogan?

Continental Connection Flight 3407 crashed into a Buffalo, New York home late Thursday killing all 48 people on board and one person on the ground. On its way from Newark, New Jersey and 10 miles out from its destination, witnesses say they heard unusual rumbling, sputtering and other odd noises coming from the aircraft. At around 10:20 p.m., it hit a house and erupted into a fireball.

A dozen residents were evacuated while fire crews rushed to put out the fire. The NTSB is preparing to investigate the crash.

Paris Hilton has been sued over a car accident that happened in May of 2004. The document says that Paris failed to stop and caused a four car accident. The best part is that Paris Hilton is only covered for $5,000 in property damage even though she swims in cash like Uncle Scrooge. Now the victims want to get $250,000 each out of the insurance companies. Good luck with that. I’m not sure why she is still allowed to drive following the other accident. Following the accident that was caught on video a couple of days ago. Paris Hilton admitted that she hit the car, smart move considering it’s on tape, but also said she told the parking attendant what happened so he could contact the owner. I still don’t see why she couldn’t have written a note. Maybe because she never learned to write and would have just drawn a picture with a house and sun above it. This is what her publicist had to say:

“Did she commit a crime? No. She was swarmed by paparazzi .The intensity of the lights, flashbulbs, momentarily disoriented her. She backed up, there was a minor fender-bender. No injuries. She then told me she notified one of the parking people at the facility how to contact her and asked the person to please pass that along to the owner of the struck car. Paris is a very responsible and a very good driver, she takes her driving seriously. This was unfortunate and it will be handled appropriately.”

If it’s that easy for you to become disoriented enough to hit another car, then there must be something wrong with you. If I am to believe this, I could wave a flashlight in her face and she would keep running into a wall.
