Ashley Dupre, Eliot Spitzer’s $4,000 a night call girl, was spotted at Sea Girt’s beach along with her mother. In other words, big news. I almost couldn’t believe it. Ashley Dupre and her mom in a bikini. Tanning. Right there. Holy crap.

Joe Francis is offering Ashley Dupre $1 million to drop her $10 million lawsuit. Joe is adamant that Ashley has no chance in winning because they have her on tape giving consent and showing identification. Not only that, there was no sexual contact and the video was filmed in public places.

“She’s seeking $10 million for topless photos taken in front of a room full of people, including … multiple crews we had in the room. These images were taken in public places and contain no sexual contact.”

One may wonder: why settle at all if there’s no possible way to win? Two reasons. One, to have neither party lose money on lawyers. Two, to make a point that Ashley is just an opportunistic whore. This is basically the business world’s equivalent of throwing money at a prostitute to make her do things she wouldn’t normally do like shoot a baseball out of her vagina or drop a $10 million lawsuit.

Ashley Alexandra Dupre was the famed prostitute who caused New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer to resign. She’s gone on to do great things like, um, selling her music through MySpace for pennies. Most recently, a $1 million deal in which she would appear in Girls Gone Wild fell through when the company found out they already had footage of her doing raunchier stuff than they would have asked her to. Today, Ashley Dupre, realizing the American legal system is awesome, is suing Joe Francis for $10 million in damages claiming he exploited her name and image for profit.

The lawsuit seeks more than $10 million in damages. In legal documents, Dupré alleges that Girls Gone Wild representatives approached her while she was vacationing in Florida in 2003, offered her alcohol and cajoled her into exposing her breasts for their cameras when she was just 17 (and not of proper legal age to sign a release form allowing her to be filmed).

Well, obviously. That mean old Joe Francis exploiting this hooker with a heart of gold. What a stupid head. Sure, she signed a contract and lied about her age, but let’s give her $10 million anyway for being an idiot. For what would we be if we didn’t reward dumbasses for being dumbasses? That’s right. Communists. We would be communists. And you’re not a communist, are you?

On Tuesday, it was reported that Ashley Dupre had already been in a Girls Gone Wild Video. It was only a matter of time before people got their hands on the DVD from 2005. And here it is. What was that 5 hours? What a sexy temptress. Note that I tried dancing like this before. It didn’t turn out so well. Having already made $200,000 off downloads of her music, Girls Gone Wild aims to make Ashley Alexandra Dupré, Eliot Spitzer’s hooker, even richer by offering $1 million to have her do a non-nude photo spread, tell her side of the story for their new magazine and go on tour with them.

“Her face is on the cover of every newspaper in the country,” Francis said in a statement. “It’s clear that the public wants to see more of her. This is a serious offer and I hope she gets back to me right away.”

However, as great as that sounds, they might not even need her at all now that Girls Gone Wild discovered they have a week’s worth of video of the call girl from when she celebrated her 18th birthday. In fact, she’s already been featured in GGW Spring Break 2005 Anything Goes.

The New Jersey teen spent an entire week with the film crew and allowed them to shoot X-rated videos of her, Roesler said.

Dupré, now 22, was vacationing in Florida when she had a fight with a friend and walked to a local bar where Girls Gone Wild was recruiting young women to star in its videos.

Eliot Spitzer was governor of New York. Pressured into resigning, he’s now seen as a sexual deviant by the public and might go to jail even though all he did was pay to bang some chick in a hotel room. Ashley Dupré had sex for vast sums of money, had tons of fun and is now set to be a millionaire. And this, people, is what makes America awesome.

All that was known about Eliot Spitzer’s call girl was a fake profile ripped from the Emperor Club’s website that identified her as Kristen. Today, Kristen gave an interview with the New York Times and revealed her real name: Ashley R. Youmans which was legally changed to Ashley Rae Maika DiPietro. However, on MySpace, fans know the 22-year-old as Ashley Alexandra Dupré. So, we’ll go with that.
