Here’s Bam Margera showing off his tribute to Ryan Dunn. It’s a tattoo of him on his right shoulder above his armpit. This seems… appropriate.

You may want to taper that sympathy you’re feeling for Ryan Dunn because Bam tells E! that this isn’t the first time Ryan almost killed himself on that stretch of road he crashed is Porsche on.

During an emotional interview, Bam described the news as “the worst I’ve ever heard in my life.” He then went on to tell about how Dunn “flipped me in a car eight times at the same exact spot in 1996. Thank God I had my seat belt on, because Chris Raab put one on me, but my brother didn’t have one on. He flew 40 feet. Thank God he’s alive. But like, Dunn was always a maniac at driving.”

Add to that fact that the last text he got from Ryan was, “Stopping for a beer, be there when I can,” and this story just gets bad from worse.

The sympathy I had for Ryan went from “aw, damn, that sucks” to “aw, damn, that sucks, but what a f**king idiot.” I still feel bad for him and everyone around him but Jesus, what the hell was he thinking. He was like a kid touching a hot stove over and over again.

Bam Margera and Fox 29 visited  Ryan Dunn’s crash site yesterday to film an interview because why not? (video here) At one point, Bam even implied that, because of some  kind of spiritual connection, his mind knew Ryan had died and described how he began tearing up a van at around the time of Dunn’s accident for no reason. Granted, that could have just been his ADD kicking in.

“I’ve never lost anybody that I care about, he’s my best friend,” Margera said as he broke down on camera.

“I was in Arizona with best friends having the best time with friends,” Margera said.

“He was the happiest person, the smartest guy with so much talent.”

Margera said on Sunday night he started to rip out parts of a van for no apparent reason. It turned out that incident happened at the same time Dunn died in a crash.

“It is not right,” Margera told us as he was in tears.

“It was the worst phone call I got in my life,” Margera said. [MyFoxPhilly]

The bar Dunn had been drinking at swears he only had 3 beers and 3 shots and looked fine but witnesses say he was wasted. Fox Philly also dug up Dunn’s driving history. He had been cited 23 times in 13 years including 10 speeding and careless driving stops, three for driving with a suspended license and a DUI arrest in 2005.

Obviously Bam is distraught, but why grant an exclusive interview unless you want attention. Wait, what am I saying? I forgot attention is what CKY/Jackass are all about. Dunn probably would have been pissed if a news crew didn’t show up.

News broke on Monday that Ryan Dunn, 24, of CKY and Jackass fame, and his passenger, Zachary Hartwell, had died in a car crash after losing control of  his 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 in Pennsylvania. Going at around 110 MPH, Dunn somehow flipped over a guardrail and crashed into the woods causing the car to burst into flames. The only recognizable part of the Porsche was a door thrown from the crash.

Many believe alcohol was a contributing factor because of how drunk Dunn looked two hours before at Barnaby’s of America in West Chester and his history with DUI. TMZ says Ryan downed 3 beers and 3 shots in 4 hours before getting into the car.

Following the news, Roger Ebert got his two cents in, tweeting, “Friends don’t let jackasses drink and drive.” A relevant point to make about how his friends should have stopped him from driving drunk.

Bam Margera, however, got upset. He tweeted back, “I just lost my best friend, I have been crying hysterical for a full day and piece of shit roger ebert has the gall to put in his 2 cents,” and, “About a jackass drunk driving and his is one, fuck you! Millions of people are crying right now, shut your fat fucking mouth!”

Death is sad but Bam might be exaggerating when he says millions are crying about the death of a guy that entertained others by sticking things in his ass and diving into pools of poop. Speaking of insensitivity, I wonder if Bam has seen Roger Ebert lately. He should know Ebert doesn’t have a mouth to shut.

59-year-old Elizabeth Ray was charged with assault after she attacked Bam Margera with a baseball bat. Although she maintains her innocence (TMZ has photos of Bam being taken away in an ambulance), she tells the Philadelphia Daily News (via Popeater) that Bam is “a jackass just like his movies.” Ray claims Bam called her the N word during a verbal argument.

“He uses racial slurs, uses the n-word with black in front of it,” Ray, 59, who is black, said of Margera, 30, who is white.

“He called me the n-word,” Ray said, when asked if she had had any altercation with Margera on Saturday. She was arrested on S. Matlack Street in West Chester, the block on which she lives, after witnesses at the scene said that she had struck Margera in the head with a bat, according to West Chester Police.

Ray denied striking Margera with a bat or anything else about 2 a.m. Saturday next door to The Note (142 E. Market), a bar Margera co-owns. “I did not hit him, nobody hit him,” Ray said of Margera, a pro skateboarder and star of MTV’s “Viva La Bam.” When we asked Ray if she knew how Margera was injured, she said he wasn’t injured.

Meanwhile, Bam’s mom April is saying Ray attacked him from behind.

“She hit him over the head with a baseball bat, and she hit him while he was walking to his car. There was no fight. She’s just crazy and gives him a hard time all the time.”

Popeater notes that this isn’t the first time Ray and Bam have gotten into an argument. She’s previously complained about the noise from The Note bar which Bam co-owns. Ray has previously been convicted of robbery, and in 1992 was acquitted on an aggravated assault charge.

Steve-O says Bam was in the ICU but has since been released. He adds “I think he’s gonna be okay.”

One thing I don’t get is why Bam would call her a “black [N-word]“. Did he really have to add black in front of it? That’s like calling someone an ugly monster or a fat Britney Spears or a whorey Paris Hilton.

Jackass “star” Bam Margera is in the hospital today after he was hit in the head with a bat. A real bat. Not one of those flying ones. At 2 AM this morning outside of Bam’s bar in West Chester, PA, him and a woman got into a fight which led to her whacking him in the back of the head with a baseball bat. The woman was arrested and charged with assault. Bam’s condition is unknown.

The only thing this story is missing is Johnny Knoxville laughing his ass off while Bam lay there unconscious. That would have been the greatest Jackass finale ever. I mean, there’s no way this could be any worse than some of the stunts he’s pulled. Couple that with the fact there’s not much in his head to bash around and I expect a full recovery by tomorrow.

Onlookers at the Nylon magazine party at Trousdale Wednesday night say the married to Missy Rothstein Bam Margera and LA Ink’s Kat Von D were making out. “They were practically swallowing each other. They were right by the deejay booth, licking each other. Everyone saw.” Photos posted yesterday show that they left hand in hand.

Bam’s rep responded, “Bam is an old friend of [Kat's]. They did not make out. There are photos of Kat and Bam holding hands when they were leaving the party, but then they were just trying to get through the crowd. There’s absolutely no romantic relationship.”

This rep needs to make up better excuses. How many girls do you see leading a guy by the hand who aren’t going to bang that guy later. If you had trouble counting, the answer is zero. If they’re going to be so transparent, at least make the denial interesting. Like say Bam had temporary blindness and Kat Von D was nice enough to guide him to a cab and that they weren’t making out, Bam was being a gentleman trying to dislodge something from Kat’s throat. Bam’s not a cheater, he’s a hero!

Kat Von D and Bam Margera left Trousdale on Wednesday holding hands. They might be together or it might be that the circus just rolled into town. It looked like the tattooed lady leading her circus midget.

A good way to make these pictures better is to have Kat Von D pushing Bam Margera into a puddle and then laughing at him. It’s always funny when short people are humiliated.

Bam was rushed to the hospital yesterday. Paramedics and state troopers arrived at Bam Margera’s house in Pennsylvannia at around 1:30 responding to a 911 call about a “possible overdose”.

Knowing this is Bam Margera, he was either shooting heroin mixed with Tabasco sauce or lacing his cocaine with sugar. He probably told the nurse to replace his IV bag with liquid caffeine. The point is, this guy is a dumbass. Doctors should just give him a breast pump and tell him to pump his own stomach.

Jessica Simpson ran into Bam Margera at a dive bar after her album release party where they talked about the rumors of them hooking up.

“And (Jessica) was like, ‘Don’t worry about it, sweetheart, I’m the nicest girl you’ll ever meet. Everything’s fine.’ I’m just like, I’m glad that that happened.”

Nowhere in the story does it mention Bam didn’t sleep with Jessica. The only thing close to that is Bam saying his ex-girlfriend was crazy and wanted to start some drama. Also, I’ll feel like a leper if I don’t mention this, Jessica is now dating John Mayer who is only 1 step up from Bam Margera. If these two fought in a cage, John Mayer would win because no one can stop Bigfoot. Not even science.

PageSix is reporting that Pontius from Jackass has made a recording about the time Bam Margera and Jessica Simpson hooked up and it describes a “kinky form of intercourse”. Jessica and Bam supposedly hooked up last year while Jessica was still with Nick and Bam still had his girlfriend. She was then also rumored to have been with Johnny Knoxville.

I’m not sure what qualifies as kinky intercourse to these people, but going by how Jessica looks, I would have to say donkey punch. Sadly, any kind of fornication with a douche just lowers her standing on my list.

In other Jackass news, Bam Margera’s uncle Don Vito was arrested Friday night and held without bond on charges of sexually assaulting a child. The charges include inappropriate touching during a skateboard event at Lakewood mall. There wasn’t just one incident, there were two incidents of sexual assault on a child.

It didn’t say what kind of touching it was, but anytime Don Vito touches someone it’s inappropriate. Have you ever seen the guy? He’s fat and no one understands what he’s saying. They have to actually put up subtitles whenever he speaks, so it’s not like he can communicate his intentions. He could have just been really hungry and mistaken the girl for a pretzel or something.
