Judge David Radford sentenced Boy George to 15 months in jail Friday for handcuffing a Norwegian escort to a wall hook during a nude photo shoot. The judge said Boy George, real name George O’Dowd, was guilty of “gratuitous violence.” David Radford is such a Debbie Downer. The judge told O’Dowd:

“In my view there can be no doubt that your premeditated callous and humiliating handcuffing and detention of Mr Carlsen shocked, degraded and traumatised him.

“He was deprived of his liberty and human dignity without warning or proper explanation to him of its purpose, length or purported justification.

“You assaulted the victim of this offence whom you had invited into your home by handcuffing him to your bed and inflicting on him additional wholly gratuitous violence beyond that needed merely to secure physical restraint and detention.”

On the day of sentencing, O’Dowd’s lawyer Adrian Waterman said:

“This defendant is a kind and generous man who is particularly mindful of others’ needs. He is the antithesis of the haughty bullying star. He was not himself when addled by the habitual and relatively long-lasting using of illegal drugs.”

This would have been more believable had Boy George not been sitting behind Adrian smacking a riding whip into the palm of his hand.

A London court found Boy George, real name George O’Dowd, guilty of falsely imprisoning a male escort, Audun Carlsen, during a naked photo shoot.

O’Dowd alleged Audun stole pictures from his computer so like any rational person, he handcuffed him to a wall hook while he searched his computer.

Audun Carlsen, however, paints a darker, more realistic tale. He claims O’Dowd handcuffed him and beat him with a chain because he refused to have sex with him.

The judge is being too hard on Boy George. I mean, if you don’t chain up and beat an escort during a nude photo shoot, then you aren’t doing your job. As my mentor once said, “Shh, don’t tell the cops.”

Boy George has been charged with false imprisonment after a Norwegian man claimed he was handcuffed to a bed and threatened with sex toys by the singer and an unidentified man back in April. Thursday, George posted bail and fled the courtroom refusing to answer any questions. If convicted, Boy George could spend life in prison.

The alleged victim, Auden Karlsen, claims he and Boy George met on the Web site Gaydar and he agreed to go to the entertainer’s apartment to pose for photos in exchange for about $840.

Karlsen claims the “Karma Chameleon” singer and an unidentified man changed into sadistic creeps and held him captive.

“I was convinced I was going to die,” Karlsen told the Daily Mail of London earlier this year.

After allegedly cuffing Karlsen, Boy George produced a box of whips and sex toys and threatened the victim, who has denied reports he’s a male prostitute, the Mail reported.

This guy is a weirdo. It doesn’t take a genius to realize that if you chain someone to your bed against their will and they see your face, you’re gonna get in trouble. Did Boy George think Karlsen wouldn’t snitch because he didn’t sodomize him with a 6 inch wide dildo? I’m sure that’ll go over real well in court. “Judge, in my defense, I let him go without prolapsing his rectum. Clearly, it’s a win-win.”

The court has finally decided what Boy George will be doing for his punishment.

The one-time Culture Club singer will do five days of court-ordered community service as an employee of the Department of Sanitation, a spokesman for the city agency confirmed Tuesday.

The guy who sentenced him must have had an incredible sense of irony. Since Boy George is shit, he’s going to have to pick it up. Looks like he didn’t get his wish of a fashion-and-makeup workshop as his punishment. I’m sure that would have benefited the community greatly. I know when I organized one, everyone held hands and sang We Are The World and did not, I repeat, did not start kicking me in the groin.

A Manhattan judge issued an arrest warrant for Boy George after George failed to appear in court. This stemmed from a false home burglary report Boy Geroge made which resulted in the police finding cocaine in his house. How high do you have to be to call the police and lead them straight to your cocaine. The fun doesn’t stop there.

The judge ridiculed Freeman’s community service proposals, which included helping teenagers make a public-service announcement, holding a fashion-and-makeup workshop, and serving as D.J. at an HIV/AIDS benefit.

Boy George’s brain must be fried three times over. Seems no one sent him the memo that community service is a form of torture and just because normal functioning males would cringe at the thought of doing these things, doesn’t mean it’s punishment. Seriously, holding a fashion-and-makeup workshop. Would anyone, boy or girl, want to go to this if Boy Geroge was running it? You’ll come out looking like the clown from my birthday party that kept on caressing kids necks.
