Simon Monjack is that creepy asshole that tricked Brittany Murphy into marrying him, controlled her life and finances and pretended he had nothing to do with Brittany’s death. Reports surfaced after Brittany’s death that Simon had moved on to sleeping with Brittany’s mom Sharon. Naturally, Simon denied these claims but today the LA Coroner’s Office released their report on Monjack which may prove he was every bit the creep people thought he was. An investigator details an exchange between him and Sharon in the report.

According to the report, the investigator and the unnamed person (Sharon) were going through the master bedroom in the Hollywood Hills home that Simon shared with Brittany … when (Sharon) pointed to one side of Simon’s bed and identified it as “her side of the bed.”

Sharon also told the investigator that certain prescriptions in the nightstand — bearing the names Sharon Murphy and Sharon Monjack — were also hers.

They go on to say the report “doesn’t suggest sexual contact between the two.” Whatever. They don’t have to suggest it. You know that tubby perv rolled himself on top of Sharon every night, crushing her between him and the bed, and banged her like a turtle. He probably pasted a picture of Brittany on Sharon’s face too.

People have long believed that Simon Monjack was a creepy asshole who managed to trick Brittany Murphy into marrying him so he could siphon away all her money until her death. Turns out everyone was wrong. Monjack used up all Brittany’s money even after her death. Ha! Who’s the asshole now?

Brittany’s former business manager Jeffrey Morgenroth says Monjack drained Brittany’s account by 80% before he died in May leaving Murphy’s mom in financial uncertainty.

Morgenroth tells PEOPLE, “There were huge amounts of money in [Brittany's] pension plan and bank account, and all of that’s gone. I would see it on the statements. There was money being withdrawn by Simon, hundreds of thousands.”

Jeanette Bycott, one of Morgenroth’s assistants, says she even once saw Simon’s mom, Linda, ordering Brittany’s mom, Sharon, to leave the Hollywood Hills house Simon and Brittany shared. “Linda started acting like everything belongs to her,” says Bycott. “Before Sharon could say anything, Linda stated the house was now hers.”

Linda Monjack says she doesn’t know what people are talking about and that Simon only got a couple hundred bucks from Brittany’s death which he used to pay off bills.

But Morgenroth describes another shady incident when he went to get Brittany to sign a tax form. He delivered it personally but wasn’t allowed to see Brittany because, according to Simon, she was having a bad hair day. “Simon took [the form] from me. The excuse was her hair was messed up. I was at the front door and Brittany [called down] and said, ‘Hi Jeff, sorry I couldn’t see you, bye.’ It sounded fishy and weird.” Morgenroth also claims Simon cut off Brittany’s cellphone.

Jesus. This tubby bitch sounds worse than Nick Cannon. At least when Nick Cannon digs for gold, Mariah Carey makes him work for it. He has to do stuff like hold an umbrella over her head while she walks across a floor of rose pedals. If Brittany wasn’t a celebrity, I’m pretty sure Simon would have locked her in the basement while he used her money to party with whores upstairs.

Not even in death can Brittany Murphy escape Simon Monjack. After a private orthodox Jewish service in Chapel of the Hills, Monjack was laid to rest next to Murphy at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Brittany’s mother Sharon Murphy and Monjack’s mother Linda spoke at the service. “Sharon was very strong and spoke and about how much she loved Simon, and how now Simon and Brittany are together,” says Neal. “She told them ‘I’ll miss you my babies.’ ”

A photo of the couple sat by Simon’s casket at the ceremony, which closed with a recording of Brittany singing a rendition of “Smile,” accompanied by Simon on the piano.

If I was Brittany, I’d be trying to claw my way out or into the next casket. That guy is shady. I wouldn’t be surprised if he switched graves with someone. If you head down to the river, you’d probably find a broken and half-open casket dumped in there.

Ever since Brittany Murphy’s death, Simon Monjack and Brittany’s mother Sharon have been living together in the same house. Asked why, Simon says it’s not because they have sex or anything like that. They live together out of grief.

“We don’t have sex, number one.

“Number two, she is a woman that has toxic neuropathy, which means she can barely walk.

“I live downstairs, she lives upstairs.”

It’s funny that Sharon can barely walk yet she lives upstairs. You’d expect her to have an easier time living downstairs. Maybe he’s trying to teach her to walk again and face her fears. Similar to putting people with claustrophobia in a tiny room until they overcome their fear. That or Simon is lying. That ugly doofus is totally hittin’ that. Look at that picture. They almost look like twins.

Brittany Murphy left Simon Monjack out of her will. Her entire estate will instead go to her mother. A source says the handwritten will was composed years before she married Monjack and was stored in her manager’s safe.

Simon, however, claims that after they were married, Brittany had a formal will drafted that read, “I am married to Simon Monjack who I have intentionally left out of this will.”

Right. It was Simon’s idea to be left out. Just like how it was my choice to not sleep with Jessica Alba out of respect for her marriage. How convenient that there’s no evidence of this new will. Simon is probably digging up Brittany Murphy right now in order to force her to write another will.

Simon Monjack claimed time and time again that Britney wasn’t on drugs, just cough syrup and menstrual cramp drugs. Now that the final autopsy report was released showing Brittany didn’t have illegal drugs in her system, Simon feels vindicated and thought it was the perfect time to issue a statement to Radar which basically sums up to, “Haha, fuck you.”

“Although Brittany’s autopsy report was incredibly shocking and sad to the family, to me, Sharon and I both shed tears. We are vindicated in that we always said Brittany never did any kind of illegal substances and that the medication she was taking was the medication found in her system and we hope now that people will understand the legacy of Brittany Murphy and the incredible body of work of Brittany Murphy.

“As the most maligned man in America, I hope people realize that they shouldn’t believe anything they hear and read and I love my wife as much today as I did on the day I married her.

“I am so sad that we are living in a culture of rumor and I just wish that people would understand that sometimes out of every tragedy can come some good. I know Brittany would want to feel the vindication. She never took a drug or a drink and that’s been shown. I love her family; the rumors can stop as we grieve our dead loved one and we can get on to grieve.

“I personally thank the thousands of people who have emailed me with condolences; people I’ve never met, people who have never met me, the people who don’t jump to rush decisions. I hope people realize what an incredible mother and friend Sharon is. The rest of the family are so, so devastated but at least the truth was outted, as it always does, and the truth is, unfortunately, Brittany died of pneumonia and the drug intoxication turned out to be Vicks inhaler combined with the menstrual cramp medication that we never denied she took.

“I think it’s time for everybody to realize that Brittany was just an incredibly happy, precious angel that lives on through her fans and in our hearts.”

Hopefully he said all this while waving a bunch of $100′s in the air and flashing his new gold grill with “Brittany” embossed on it. Alas, there was no mention of how being cut from Happy Feet 2 killed her. Some could say that probably played a big role in her death. Maybe in a lawsuit against WB perhaps.

The final autopsy report for Brittany Murphy was released Thursday. The Los Angeles Coroner found that Brittany Murphy did not use illegal substances. She did, however, have elevated levels of Vicodin and over-the-counter cold medicine in her system.

It should be noted that the pattern of use of these medications suggest treatment of symptoms of a cold or other respiratory infection. Acetaminophen and hydrocodone are components of Vicodin. Chlorpheniramine is the active ingredient in some over-the-counter medications. L-methamphetamine is a component of some inhalers.”

“The possible adverse physiological effects of elevated levels of these medications cannot be discounted, especially in her weakened state. Therefore the manner of death is Accident.”

Community acquired pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia and multiple drug intoxication are what is believed to have killed Brittany. That and being married to Simon Monjack. I’d kill myself too if that shady fatass was my husband.

Simon Monjack will return all donations after it was discovered that The Brittany Murphy Foundation didn’t file the necessary documents to qualify as a non-profit, meaning, it wasn’t really a charity. Simon can now be found outside of his home waving a $50 bill in the air if the guy who donated it wants it back. [TMZ]

The L.A. County Coroner has determined that “community acquired pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia and multiple drug intoxication” were to blame for Brittany Murphy’s death. No illegal drugs were fond in Murphy’s body. Only a mixture of prescription and over-the-counter meds. A full autopsy report will be available in two weeks. No word on if Simon Monjack will go through with suing Warner Bros. for killing Brittany by way of a broken heart. But he should. Just to see how hard the judge will laugh at him. Will it be more like “bwahahaha” or a cackle? People are dying to know.

Simon Monjack has called off the fundraising party he was throwing in honor of Brittany Murphy tomorrow night. Monjack claims it was “due to an illness in the family” and says the event is merely postponed although no future date has been announced.

Sadness. All those people with stacks of $1,000 and $10,000 in unmarked bills they were told to bring are going to be very disappointed. But since they already withdrew those funds, maybe they’d like to donate to my charity. It’s for an African dignitary who’s trying to escape his war-torn homeland but is having trouble getting his funds out of the bank. All he needs is a loan and he’ll pay you guys back with interest. If you guys could just throw those bills in that bag with the large dollar sign on it, that’d be great.

It’s been a little over a month since Brittany Murphy passed away. As you can see, that’s plenty of time for Simon Monjack to sue Warner Bros. and now host a launch party to celebrate the Brittany Murphy Foundation where guests are asked to pay $1,000 to attend. Simon claims he started this with $1 million of his own money.

A source tells UsMagazine.com he is suggesting dollar amounts of $1,000 per individual and $10,000 from corporations to attend the event, which takes place at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills.

Says a source, “Everyone thinks it’s very tacky that he is making it so much about money.”

Monjack has been called a con artist before, but I think this hastily set up Brittany Murphy Foundation for arts education for children is a good cause. People who think he’s going to skim from the top or run away with all the money are just being… what’s the word? Realistic?

Last week on the Today Show, Simon Monjack claimed that the disappointment of being dropped from Happy Feet 2 is what ultimately killed Brittany Murphy. “Hollywood broke her heart. They have blood on their hands and I hope they wash them with very hot water because of the way they treated Brittany Murphy while she was alive,” he said. Monjack also claimed that Brittany never took drugs despite all those prescription bottles full of drugs scattered around her bed.

Today, Simon says he’s suing Warner Brothers, the company behind Happy Feet 2, for wrongful death. Monjack and Brittany’s mother are convinced that she died from a heart attack caused by the stress of Warner Bros. terminating her contract two weeks before her death and want to bleed as much money from this as they can justice.

Good luck with that, Simon. Unless you can prove that the WB frog somehow lodged itself in her throat and suffocated her with its amazing dance moves or the WB water tower collapsed on her, then I think the judge will just giggle at you and say, “Awww. That’s sooo cute,” when you tell him Brittany’s death was because of this and not drugs.

Redbox, which operates a bunch of those DVD rental kiosks in places like Vons and Walmart, are recalling promotional cover posters for Brittany Murphy’s Deadline. In an eerie art almost imitating life situation, the poster depicts Murphy seemingly dead in a bathtub. Brittany was found dead in the shower.

Redbox is currently dispatching teams to all their kiosks to remove the box art. A good idea because you don’t want incriminating evidence like this lying around.
