Bruno got emotional during an interview with Matt Lauer of the Today show when Lauer informed Bruno that the Austrian Minister to Great Britain had called for a boycott of the film Bruno.

A distraught Bruno, who said it was the first time he was hearing this, asked for a close-up on his sad face and went in to hug Matt. The show faded out before they embraced. Which sucked. I wanted some closure.

Due to the unfortunate death of Michael Jackson and out of respect for Michael or fear of a lawsuit, higher ups have decided to cut a scene from Sacha Baron Cohen’s Bruno which featured Latoya Jackson being mocked. A scene shown at a screening Wednesday and at European premieres was noticeably absent at the LA screening on Thursday. Us reports:

In the scene, LaToya is tricked into doing an interview with the fake Austrian fashion journalist. Bruno then asks to see her phone, finds Michael’s number and starts saying his number in Austrian to his assistant.

That doesn’t sound too bad. There’s probably something more to it. Maybe Bruno crank calls Michael. Maybe that’s what caused Michael’s heart attack. Bruno probably told Michael he kidnapped his pet monkey Bubbles and Michael in his soft voice went “oh no” and was so stressed he had a heart attack.

If you had any lingering doubts as to the level of involvement Eminem had in the Bruno prank, then this interview with RapRadar via The Sun might clear things up. Eminem admits that Sacha Cohen called him while he was in Europe asking if he wanted to be part of a gag at the MTV Movie Awards. Eminem, a big fan, agreed.

They did rehearse it, but Em boasts that “we pulled this off better than we rehearsed it. It had so many people going “nuts” so to speak. Everyone was blowing me up about it. After the ceremony I went back to my hotel and laughed uncontrollably for about 3 hours. Especially after I saw it on air.”

As far as the rumor that thieves took off with $60,000 in jewelery and a laptop from his hotel room, he says that only his Nike watch was stolen.

I’ve never even heard of RapRadar so who knows if this interview is even real. They could have talked with a fake Eminem. Their site didn’t even come into existence until late last year. Plus, there’s no contact page or anything. Take this interview for what you will. I took it as truth because I believe everything I read on the internet is 100% real. Much like that guy and pro-wrestling.

The Sun claims today that Eminem was in on the tea-bagging gag with Bruno aka Sacha Baron Cohen. Scott Aukerman, one of the writers for the MTV Movie Awards, wrote on his blog: “Yes, the Bruno / Eminem incident was staged. That’s all anyone wants to talk about, so let’s get it out of the way. They rehearsed it at dress and yes, it went as far as it did on the live show then.”

Way to go Scott. He must be good at keeping secrets. If you told him the location of the president’s safe house, he could probably hold out for 5, maybe even 10 minutes before the question, “Do you want a glass of water?” breaks him down.

While there still isn’t solid evidence that the Eminem stunt was staged (there’s speculation that it was to a point), one thing that is known is that Eminem’s face was producer Mark Burnett’s second choice for Sacha Cohen to stick his bare ass in. Life&Style says Paris Hilton was initially offered the role of “enraged celebrity,” but declined after she somehow developed dignity inside of a week.

Please remember that this is the same Paris that started her career by releasing a porno of herself and dry humped her boyfriend in a club at Cannes not even a week ago. In fact had Paris gone through with the stunt, it would have slightly edged out “wearing underwear” as the least shocking thing she’d ever done.

Pay attention Angelina Jolie, Megan Fox, Vanessa Minnillo and Zac Efron. Bruno showed up at the MTV Movie Awards and once again showed why he’s so well respected in the fashion community. Look at those Kanye-like sunglasses and the cheetah themed ensemble. It screams “I’m classy, but I also know how to let loose.” Rawr!

Sacha Baron Cohen was so committed for his new film Bruno that he couldn’t sit down for three days due to a burning rash from an allergic reaction to the hydrogen peroxide used to bleach all his body hair.

“He’d heard that all-over hairlessness is a popular trend in the gay community, so he thought he’d bleach all his hair so it looked invisible.

“Shortly after having the procedure done he felt a burning sensation and it grew steadily worse.

“It was so severe around a certain part of his anatomy that he couldn’t sit down for three days.

“He had to make an emergency appointment with the doctors, who gave him some medication to counter the irritation.

“Crew members found the whole incident hilarious and it slowed down filming for a bit, but Sacha soon got over the discomfort.

In this case, waxing may have been a less painful alternative. Plus, he could have glided through the water while doing a synchronized swim number. He missed a perfect opportunity to completely gay out.

Paula Abdul admitted today that she was duped into believing a fake Bruno sit down she did was for real. In an interview with 104.7 FM, she recounts the experience.

It all started with a call that she won “Artist of the Year” in Germany. Because winning things is awesome, she agreed to an “interview.” Paula explains and Us transcribes:

“I’m greeted by this futuristic, Captain Nemo–looking dude with a mohawk — and he’s flaming,” recalls Abdul, who said she never signed a release (her publicist did). “I’m like, ‘OK, this is weird. Is this a variety show or something like that?’”

“So I walk in and there was no furniture except for a chair. And I’m waiting and waiting,” she continued. “And this guy Bruno introduces himself, and I said, ‘Hi.’ And he said, ‘Here, have some food.’ And the food looked horrible! And I said, ‘No, I’m fine.’ And he said, ‘It’s very, very, very good.’ I said, ‘That’s Ok, I don’t want to have it.’”

Abdul said Bruno then apologized for not having furniture for the interview.

“He snaps his fingers and says, ‘Gardeners!’” she recalled. “And these two Mexican guys come in, and they drop down to all fours. I see him paying them like 10 bucks. They drop down to all fours and he says [to me], ‘Sit down.’” And I said, ‘I’m not doing that!’”

“So I’m tipping and holding my core muscles to not sit on them. And he pushes me down on them, and I’m like, ‘I’m sorry!’” she said.

It got even more bizarre, Abdul said, when he kicked one of them and they all fell on the ground.

“It was getting so uncomfortable!” she said. “I’m throwing daggers with my eyes at my publicist. And they’re kicking my publicist out. And I said, ‘Get me out of here. This is crazy. This is not funny, this is discrimination. This is abusive stuff going on here!’”

“And he says, ‘I need you to change your clothes,’ and I said, ‘No, I won’t be doing that. I have to go to work … And by the way, where’s my award?”

Abdul – who had to go to an Idol taping – then dashed out.

“As I’m going to my car, they’re chasing me with cameras,” she said. “And I’m like, ‘Oh God, this is so awkward.’ And I’m trying to hold a smile on my face and the guy, Bruno, is running down the street in front of the car.”

“It was hysterical, but it was so disturbing,” added Abdul. “I was so mad at my publicist at that point. I said, ‘I can’t believe you signed [the release].’ And my manager and attorney were trying to call the production office — and, of course, it doesn’t exist. So I was freaking out.”

A year went by, she said.

Then, her manager got a call three weeks ago from a reporter who heard that she had fallen for one of Sacha Baron Cohen’s stunts.

“I said, ‘I’ve never done anything with Sacha Cohen … they’re wrong!’” she said. “At 2 o’clock in the morning that night, I woke up in a cold sweat. I popped my body up out of bed and I went, ‘Holy crap! Oh my God!’ And that’s what happened. And I’m dying. Cause you don’t expect it. You just don’t expect it.”

Added Abdul, “Like I said, I thought it was just one of those Japanese TV shows where they do crazy things.”

This movie is going to be great. There’s nothing more satisfying than watching a bunch of nitwits get thrown off their game. Especially when it’s Paula Abdul. She’s so easy to trick so you can get away with a lot of stuff. I put a cardboard cutout of Brad Pitt in her bed one time and she spent an hour trying to seduce it.

Sacha Baron Cohen’s latest film Bruno will be mocking your favorite drunken AI judge, Paula Abdul. Cohen, in character as Bruno, did a fake interview with Abdul who to this day doesn’t even know she was tricked.

“Paula was totally fooled. She bought into his character and to this day isn’t aware she was fooled,” the insider said. Abdul’s rep had no immediate comment. Universal, which releases the flick July 10, also had no comment. Texas Rep. Ron Paul has already admitted being tricked into a hotel room by Cohen’s character.

When do you think it’ll click that Paula was duped. The opening credits? Half-way through the film? Will she even remember she did this interview? Probably not. She’ll think that they used high tech witchery to transpose her into the film. If you were to ask Paula what she thought of the movie, she’d tell you she was not amused at the liberal use of CGI. This will of course be before she falls asleep standing up.

I always enjoyed Ali G more than I enjoyed Bruno, but that looks like it’s about to change after watching the red band trailer for Bruno.

I especially enjoyed the part about shipping a black baby in a cardboard box. After all, that’s how I got mine. And he’d still be alive had UPS handled with care like it said to on the box.

Bruno given a NC-17:  The MPAA gave Sacha Cohen’s upcoming Bruno an NC-17 due to an anal sex scene with a man on camera and another where Bruno goes hunting and sneaks into the tent of one of the other hunters naked. Those close to the film say Cohen is still experimenting with the film and that two different versions had successful screenings. Universal won’t release the film with an NC-17 so it’s up to Cohen to cut it to an R. Scenes that can be cut according to the MPAA? The ones with that gay guy.

Filming a segment for his upcoming Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Male movie, Sacha Baron Cohen caused commotion for the second day when he ran onto the catwalk during the Agata Luiz della Prada show.

Earlier this week scantily clad models screamed and security guards dived on him when he burst into a show by Italian designer Iceberg.

Wearing fake passes, Cohen and his film crew managed to get past security to the backstage area of Italian label Iceberg’s show.

The footage showed an actor dressed in head-to-toe velcro and wearing a blonde wig running about, screaming and hurling himself at the clothes racks.

Iceberg’s flustered stylist, Paolo Gerani, managed to stop the man and have the crew removed.

Is that a description of the video below or of the other incident? I can’t tell. The lights turn off during all the excitement. All I see is Sacha walking down the runway, but then he’s being escorted out. What happened during those few seconds of darkness? Was it… A MURDER?! Dun-dun-dun.

A Craigslist ad promising $1 beer, hot chicks and cage fighting tricked thousands of Arkansans into attending a homoerotic event put on by Sacha Baron Cohen for his upcoming movie, Brüno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Males Visibly Uncomfortable in the Presence of a Gay Foreigner in a Mesh T-Shirt.

Two events were filmed. One on June 5 in Texarkana and another on June 6 in Fort Smith. Both events encouraged attendees to come early for $1 beer. Upon entry, fans had to sign releases which said they were being filmed and were not allowed to bring in any cell phones or cameras. Once the shows started, one fighter stripped the other fighter down and began kissing his chest. Arkansans were not amused.

Both cards ended with two male grapplers (one was identified as “Straight Dave” and wore camouflage) tearing each other’s clothes off and, while in underwear, kissing down their opponent’s chest. This man-on-man action triggered Fort Smith fans to throw chairs and beer at the ring, according to one cop present at the city’s Convention Center.

I’d love to have been there to see the bewildered expressions of a bunch of adrenaline fueled men insecure with their sexuality witnessing the gayest of gay. Can you imagine the dialogue? “Hey Bill, is.. is that one dude kissing that other dude’s chest? Hmm, I’m beginning to see the allure of cage fighting. Wait, I mean. Boooo! Hiss!”
