The NYDN is making fun of Cate Blanchett for dressing up as a bell to the premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. And rightfully so. The only way this dress makes sense is if Kim Kardashian was wearing it because it’d be the only thing that could fit around her huge ass. This doesn’t make Cate look glamorous at all. It makes it look like she should be standing outside of Wal-Mart by Santa making a jingling sound and asking you to donate.

Oscar winner Cate Blanchett confirmed her pregnancy at the red carpet of Elizabeth: The Golden Age in Sydney on Sunday. This will be her third child with husband, playwright Andrew Upton.

“Yes, yes, we’re expecting a baby in April which is very exciting,” she told reporters on Saturday night when questioned about rumors she was pregnant.

Cate who? Just kidding. I know who she is. I just didn’t want to say anything first because, uh, I don’t think you know who she is.
