Celine Dion was at the Eden Roc Hotel veranda in Antibes spraying something down in her bikini. I can’t make out what she’s spraying, but it looks like a ghost. Wait, g-g-g-g-ghost? Ahhh! Then again, based on how easily celebrities get bored, Celine could also be trying to waterboard a minority. ]]>
