And here are the rest of the stars at the People’s Choice Awards last night. Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Greene, Demi Lovato and Nina Dobrev were all there. I especially liked Kat Dennings. She really knows how to work a phallic trophy.

Demi Lovato is almost 20-years-old which is like 60 to Wilmer Valderrama. Hence, he dumped her. Lovato hinted at the breakup by tweeting a Marilyn Monroe quote. “A wise girl kisses but doesn’t love, listens but doesn’t believe, and leaves before she is left.” Minutes later she tweeted, “The smartest thing a woman can ever learn, is to never need a man.”

Wilmer couldn’t be reached for comment because he was busy waiting outside the Disney approved rehab center for another screwed up teen to bang.

Apparently one of the side-effects or rehab is losing your sense of humor because Demi Lovato took offense to an innocuous joke the Disney Channel aired on “Shake It Up” which went, “I could just eat you up… well if I ate.”

Demi, who left the Disney show “Sonny With a Chance” to battle her own food disorders/anger issues, went on Twitter to write, “I could just eat you up, well if I ate” – Disney Chanel’s Shake It Up…. What are we promoting here? #notfunnyATALL” and “I find it really funny how a company can lose one of their actress’ from the pressures of an EATING DISORDER and yet still make joke about that very disease….. #nice.” Demi also added, “Dear Disney Channel, EATING DISORDERS ARE NOT SOMETHING TO JOKE ABOUT.” The tweets can basically be summed up as “me! me! me! everything is about me!”

The PR department at Disney rolled their eyes, let out a loud sigh and farted out the apology, “We hear you & are pulling both episodes as quickly as possible & reevaluating them … It’s NEVER our intention to make light of eating disorders!”

Aw, calm down, tubs. First of all, this joke has been around in some form since the dawn of television. It’s actually one of the least offensive jokes out there. That is until an oversensitive celebrity twists it around to fit her own agenda and gets all uppity about it. Second of all, how do you know she had an eating disorder? Maybe she was on a diet and was prone to hyperbole?

Now, if in the scene the girl punched one of her backup dancers, cut herself, gained 20 pounds and THEN made the joke, that would be a different story.

I completely forgot there was a Latin Grammy Awards. Probably because every Spanish station I accidentally turn to blasts mariachi music at me all day. I just figured the closest thing Latin America had to music was Pitbull. But apparently Demi Lovato too. Who looked great braless in her plunging v-neck dress at the 12th Annual Grammy Awards at Mandalay Bay in Vegas on Thursday by the way.

Hold on, Latin Awards in Vegas? I guess it’s more about latinos/latinas who make music rather than music from Latin America. Whew. That’s a relief. My stereotype of Mexican music being terrible will not be shattered today.

Demi Lovato is a reddish-orange-head now. She tweeted a couple pictures of her new look and it’s not half bad. She looks way better actually. She’s set to go on tour to promote her latest album Unbroken so expect to see better pictures. Hopefully ones that don’t make her look bloated like an aspiring Kirstie Alley.

In other news, Demi wants to make sweet music with Selena Gomez. But won’t Justin Bieber be jealous? Probably not. He likes to watch. Demi recently said, “I would love to collaborate with Selena Gomez because I love her and she’s one of my best friends. It would be really cool to collaborate again.” Wait, we’re still talking about sex, right?

Remember how Stella got her groove back? Well I wish Demi Lovato got her eating disorder back. Wait, is that mean? Okay, then I wish Demi Lovato wouldn’t follow the same “I don’t give a f**k” diet plan Chrstina Aguilera has been following.

And if you’re wondering what that fat girl up top has to do with what I just said, it’s because that’s the new Demi Lovato grabbing water and gas in Sherman Oaks. That’s right. From this to that. This is like the exact opposite of every ugly duckling teen movie from the 90′s. Ugh. Look what you’ve done therapists. Teaching women to be comfortable with their bodies and stuff.

The problem with seeking treatment for body image issues is there’s a good chance you’ll end up working through them and start feeling comfortable with yourself. That’s when you start getting fat. In unrelated news, hey, it looks like Demi Lovato worked through her eating disorder!

At the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night when Demi presented an award, a bunch of people started using the hash tag #demilovato and called her fat. Demi decided to respond, ‘I’ve gained weight. Get over it. That’s what happens when you get out of treatment for AN EATING DISORDER.’

She later deleted tweet and wrote, ‘Guess what, I’m healthy and happy, and if you’re hating on my weight you obviously aren’t.’

Of course, nothing she said gave her haters pause because all they heard was, “oink oink oink oink squeeee!”

Demi Lovato and Kim Kardashian were spotted together at the VH1 Do Something Awards yesterday. Crap. Is Kim mentoring Demi? That’d be a good move. No one can hustle like Kim can. If you want people to forget you punched a girl in the face, cut yourself and went to rehab, Kim is the person to teach you how to make it happen. Step 1: Date a black athlete. Step 2: Repeat until married.

E! reports that Ryan Phillippe, 36, is dating Demi Lovato, 18, and has been for two months. Although the source says things have cooled off since his daughter was born. Ugh, kids are such a buzzkill.

“It was really hot and heavy for a while,” says a source close to the casual couple, adding that Lovato didn’t know for sure that Phillippe was going to be a father again “until it basically happened. It kind of threw her for a loop.”

But the reason for slowing things down with the former Mr. Reese Witherspoon wasn’t all about the new baby, but also about Lovato’s baby of her own. The promotion of her new single “Skyscraper” and video, which premiered last week on E! News, has been consuming most of her attention in the last few weeks.

However, another source tells Celebuzz the rumors are not true and Ryan is “totally single.” Oh, whatever. Sounds like a jealous girlfriend. Ryan Phillippe considers himself totally single even when he’s banging three girls at once.

Wait, Demi Lovato was dating Wilmer Valderrama? I guess that makes sense. The only women who’d date Wilmer Valderrama are those with issues. And Demi Lovato has a lot of them.

Last November she spent time in an Illinois clinic for emotional and physical issues which turned out to be a cutting bipolar eating disorder. I think there needs to be commas somewhere in there. In any case, she’s out and she was dating Fez from That 70′s Show but now she’s not anymore.

Demi Lovato is 18 while Wilmer is 31 by the way. 13 years may seem like a big difference but it actually isn’t. At least that’s what I say to kids when I’m giving them candy from my van.

Piling on to Demi’s issues is the fact her mother, Dianna Hart de la Garza, recently checked into rehab.

“It has been a tough year for Demi, and her mom has been a constant source of support. But fame has also taken its toll on her family. Now [that] Demi is strong again, her mom could take some time to deal with her own issues.”

Note that her mom also got a matching “Stay Strong” tattoo on her wrists like Demi has. She did this while Demi was in rehab to show how proud she was of her. Maybe her mom is single white femaling her. Although, to be fair, who wouldn’t want to be Demi Lovato? Her life sounds pretty fantastic.

Tell me. Does this look like a girl with body image issues? Shut up. Don’t answer. That question was rhetorical.

A post-rehab Demi Lovato went on Twitter yesterday to tweet the self-shot photo above to show everyone how hard she’s been working to get healthy and fit.

- I never thought I’d ever feel confident enough to ever to that. I’m excited how far I’ve come since being completely ashamed of my body..
- I want any girl/guy out there who struggles with body image or confidence to know that it IS possible to find peace with yourself.
- It hasn’t been easy, but it starts with a commitment to yourself.. Your mind.. And your soul. And trust me, I’m still working at it!! Haha

Let me get this straight. Demi Lovato had self-esteem issues because she was becoming a little fatty. Those went away when she started working out and eating right. So the moral of this story is if you don’t like something about yourself, do something about it. Holy crap. Is that how it works?!

Turns out Catherine Zeta-Jones gave Demi Lovato the inspiration she needed to reveal her own battle with bipolar disorder. That or she really likes taking the wind out of someone’s sails. This is of course in addition to her anorexia, bulimia and cutting. This chick has problems.

“I never found out until I went into treatment that I was bipolar,” Lovato told PEOPLE in a candid interview that took place last month in her L.A.-area home.

“Looking back it makes sense,” she says of her diagnosis. “There were times when I was so manic, I was writing seven songs in one night and I’d be up until 5:30 in the morning.”

Hopefully the DSM IV can tell the difference between bipolar disorder and being batsh*t crazy because some people might use it as a convenient excuse. Regardless, at least Lovato was productive during her manic episodes. Not like Charlie Sheen who just orders bricks of cocaine and hookers.

Before entering rehab for an eating disorder, Demi Lovato had a nervous breakdown. The 18-year-old, who was admitted to rehab in November, says her parents were so worried about her that they staged an intervention.

“I basically had a nervous breakdown. I was really bad off. My parents and manager pulled me aside and said, ‘You need to get some help.’ It was an intervention. I wanted freedom from the inner demons. I wanted to start my life over.”

Well, that sucks. Hopefully the millions of dollars she has and the resulting publicity from this will help console her in this troubling time in her life. According to medical journals, stacks of cash are really good at getting rid of inner demons.
