Let’s now put to rest any doubt that Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina likes to get high just like her mother did. In a video obtained by National Enquirer (video without pre-roll there), Bobbi Kristina can be seen taking a hit out of a three-foot bong like a champ.

Whitney’s 19-year-old daughter was partying with friends who attend college in Statesboro, Georgia in March 2011 and in the disturbing video her knowledgeable use of the bong is evident.

In the video, Bobbi Kristina says: “Give me the lighter,” and then lights the bong, and after taking a long hit and coughing she takes another one!

“Bobbi Kristina was staying with friends at the school and she brought along a big bag of pot for the party,” a source at the party said about the night.

“The party was well underway by the time I got there around 11 p.m. When I left at 6am the next day, she was still partying hard.”

The source said Bobbi Kristina looked like she knew exactly what she was doing.

“Between tokes, Bobbi was drinking shots of Grey Goose and Skyy Blue vodka, and sipping a mixed vodka drink.

Bobbi must be thankful for Whitney giving her such an impressive set of lungs. “Man, think of how big of a toke I can take,” she probably thought while exercising her diaphragm during voice lessons.

X17 taped a video of Lindsay Lohan outside of Hal’s Bar & Grill on Tuesday. At one point, a tatted up man (your stereotypical suspicious-looking drug dealer) came up to her and handed Lindsay’s friend a bag of powdery white substance. After her friend checked it out, Lindsay takes a Ziploc baggie from a different guy and gives him cash. Many assume she was buying drugs.

Lindsay’s publicist Steve Honig has denied these allegations says X17, “Knowingly and consciously making inferences about Lindsay that are completely untrue, and creating a fictitious story to get more people to visit their site. We were not given a chance to comment on this story before it went up, and no effort was made to gather the facts about what actually occurred. When I addressed this with the agency, they told me ‘we’re not the New York Times.’ They have made a horrific mistake; the worst part is, they know it but don’t care.”

Honig says that while what was in the baggie were rocks and crystals, it wasn’t illegal as they consisted of “sea jasper, a meteor, rose quartz and quartz,” purchased by a friend of hers from a store down the street. Riiight. Because that makes complete sense to have your friend buy you rocks from down the street just to have you inspect them before buying it yourself.

Okay, so maybe Lindsay IS dumb enough to buy drugs in broad daylight. Granted, she’s not above planting stories to screw with the media so take this with a grain of powdery white substance.

Rupert Grint (Ron Weasly from Harry Potter or that red head that gets to make out with Emma Watson) was photographed smoking a bong. I thought I’d seen this before but maybe not.

The picture was supposedly taken at a Harry Potter cast party. I doubt this will affect his career much. Though to appease the conservatives, he should do what Miley Cyrus did and say he was smoking the salvia because people are much more forgiving when they see that your drugs are legal.

I always imagined big Hollywood cast parties to be less tame than this. Where are the hookers with lines of blow on their ass? Where is the bowl of roofies? Honestly, new Hollywood has a lot to learn from old Hollywood.

Near the end of the day after filming scenes for Wilfred, Elijah Wood went inside the the medical marijuana dispensary, Kush Doctor, and smoked a fat bowl through a bong. Reading lines from a script is hard so you have to relax somehow. Being an actor is fun.

Radar has footage of Mischa Barton driving around LA in her convertible yesterday and of when she ran over a curb and had to back out into the middle of the street. Then she pulls over and smokes a roach with whoever her passenger is. Her dealer?

This is more proof that Mischa Barton is a good role model. Drugs make girls more agreeable. That’s how you get anal. With lots and lots of drugs.

Last night on David Letterman, people got the chance to see how far Joaquin Phoenix would take his Andy Kaufman routine. The answer: pretty far. Letterman spent the entire night ripping into Joaquin while he just sat there mostly silent and acting high. The whole thing was rather bizarre and a could be considered a disaster by some. Letterman could have interviewed a pedophile about what he did to his victims and it’d be less uncomfortable.

To promote The Wackness starring Sir Ben Kingsley, Revolver released a statement saying that hidden in one of the first 1,000 DVDs of The Wackness is a Golden Ticket. This Willy Wonka style prize will be redeemable for a weekend getaway for 2 to the city of Amsterdam. Not only does the winner get a free vacation, they also get a complimentary bag of weed from Amsterdam cafe, Hill Street Blues.

Of course, anti-drug activists aren’t too thrilled. They’ve called the PR stunt unacceptable and says cannabis shouldn’t be “glamorized.”

Reps for Revolver lit up a fatty and said:

“The Wackness is all about people coming together through a love of weed, and we are just celebrating that fact in a fun, light-hearted way with a free trip to Amsterdam, the most famous weed-smoking European city.”

In other news, Michael Phelps was seen running to the video store to buy out whole stocks of The Wackness. Friends told him he could afford this trip on his own. Possibly still high, Phelps responded, “No, man. You don’t understand. This is free!”

Amy Winehouse has been on a downward spiral for the better part of this and last year. Now her career may well be over. News of the World obtained leaked footage of Amy Winehouse singing a racist chant, “Blacks, Pakis, Gooks and Nips, Gooks and Nips! (And deaf and dumb and blind and gay!)” to the tune of the popular kids song, “Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes.” The video was shot by husband Blake Fielder-Civil, currently in prison, in what NOTW describes as a “crack den (her home?). An apt description since Amy is surrounded by what appears to be heroin, a homemade crack pipe and other drug paraphernalia. That’s not all. NOTW also has photos:

Some of the most bizarre photos show Blake and Amy horsing around on a bed, their faces almost touching, and swapping white tablets from mouth to mouth.

Another catches Amy, obviously out of her head and clutching her homemade crack pipe, as she turns hooded eyes, deadened by the drug, to the lens. In further scenes the depths the couple have sunk to is illustrated by the seedy sex scenes Blake was eager to record on video.

One shows a disinterested Amy pleasuring him with one hand while chatting matter-of-factly on a phone held in the other.

Our source said: “What’s really telling is Amy’s clear lack of enthusiasm. From her demeanour, she looks under the influence and it appears Blake probably is too. Videoing something like that is so sleazy.”

There’s more shocking footage filmed in the public stairwell of a hotel. First Blake asks Amy to perform oral sex on him. A woozy-looking Amy asks: “Are you vidding (videoing)?” and Blake tells her to wink at the camera.

What’s more disturbing than the video is the fact Amy Winehouse fondled Blake’s package without his penis shriveling up and falling off.
