In what many are calling .com’s creepiest article this year, the money-centric site has named Suri Cruise the hottest among their second annual list of “Hollywood’s 10 Hottest Tots.”

“Though not quite the tabloid stars his sisters Zahara and Shiloh are, his recognizable mug and A-list parents give him space in the top five,” said .com of Pax.

Rounding out the top 10: Sam Alexis Woods, daughter of Tiger Woods and his wife, Elin; Cruz Beckham, son of David and Victoria Beckham; Matilda Rose Ledger, daughter of Michelle Williams and the late Heath Ledger; David Banda, son of Madonna and Guy Ritchie; Sean Preston Federline, son of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline; and Sam Sheen, daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen.

may tell you they based their rankings on “media attention and their parents’ popularity” but don’t be fooled, this list was most likely determined with a majority vote by people very familiar with Megan’s Law and who cower in fear at the mere mention of “Chris Hansen.”

has named the most overpaid celebrity in Hollywood citing only a 1:1 return on every $1 she was paid. A year ago, she had an 8:1 return.

“The Invasion,” a remake of the 1956 classic “Invasion of the Body Snatchers,” lost $2.68 for every dollar earned by Kidman who was reportedly paid $17 million for her role.

Coming in second is Jennifer Garner, $3.60 for every $1 paid. Rounding out the rest of the top 10 are Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Jim Carrey, Nicolas Cage, Drew Barrymore, Will Ferrell and Cate Blanchett.

I have no problems with this list. Except for Will Ferrell. He shouldn’t even be on it. Not because I don’t believe , but because he’s not funny and shouldn’t be paid this much. He’s like the Mark Whalberg of comedy. Everytime execs watch his movies, they must think, “Man that Will Ferrell is impressive. He does a dead on impression of Will Ferrell. What an amazing actor. Let’s throw more money at him.”

released their annual top 100 celebrities list placing Oprah Winfrey at no. 1. Income, media interest and number of MySpace friends are among the factors uses to rank celebs. This year, actors dominated while musicians sank. Missing from the list are Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Paris and Nicole are no longer on the list thanks to declining interest in The Simple Life and lackluster albums while Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen no longer rule the teen fashion circuit.

Making it to the top 10 were Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp and Tom Hanks. Also in the top 10 at no. 8 is Tom Cruise who sits directly under Elton John. Wow, even makes Tom Cruise look gay.
