Foxy Brown has been put in 76 days of punitive isolation for her involvement in a fight that occurred in Riker’s island jail.

Brown, 28, and another inmate got into a shoving match earlier this month, said Morello, adding he didn’t know why the two were fighting. Neither inmate was injured.

Following that incident, Morello said Brown was abusive toward correction guards and then refused to take a random drug test.

The combined violations, Morello said, earned Brown more than two months in punitive segregation, where an inmate can spend up to 23 hours a day in isolation.

Wow, 76 days in isolation at Riker’s is no joke. Lord knows though, what she could’ve been fighting about. Top bunk maybe? Seconds in the chow line? Hair products? Never get between Foxy and her straightener.

Isolation shouldn’t be too bad for her though. She can brush up on her rap for the prison talent show. And it saves her from Bertha who only gives her two options when they meet, “cuddle” or “shank”.

Unlike Nicole Richie who went all the way with her pregnancy to escape jail, Foxy Brown lied about hers. On Wednesday, Foxy’s manager said the artist would release an album during her 1 year stint in jail and, additionally, she isn’t really 3 months pregnant.

Brown herself didn’t address the issue of pregnancy in her statement about her new album, “Brooklyn’s Don Diva,” which is set for release Nov. 20. Her new single, “Don’t Surrender,” will be released to radio stations Thursday, Giovanna Melchiorre, a representative for the independent Koch Records, said.

“This is just a temporary situation,” Brown said in a statement. “I made my bed and have no problem lying in it. My will is steady. What doesn’t kill me will only make me stronger.”

I hate when girls lie about being pregnant. Absolutely hate it. Relocating is such a hassle. Same with changing your name. Do you know how long that takes? I could have already impregnated someone else by the time it goes through.

In jail for the past month, Foxy Brown returned to court and told the judge that the experience has “humbled me in a way I never imagined.” Meaning, jail sucks. However, the judge said it was “too little, too late” and vowed to throw her in jail for one year if he determines she violated probation.

Jackson noted that Brown has been arrested three times and violated her probation repeatedly since she pleaded guilty last year to hitting a manicurist in a midtown Manhattan salon.

“My dear, you stand in this position because of your own doing,” the judge said.

New York doesn’t seem as forgiving as Los Angeles at letting celebrities free. New York probably doesn’t understand their plight. They are the overworked, underpaid dregs of society. Why, last year a few celebrities only made $20 million. How do you expect to live off of that. After the private jets, comped meals, limo drivers, caviar shampoo and diamond encrusted cellphones, these poor souls barely have enough to buy a decent Ferrari. New York should be more understanding. Gosh, she already said she was sorry. Do you want her first born or something?

Update: Judge Melissa Jackson gave Foxy Brown a year in jail.

Foxy Brown was attacked yesterday by three girls. They pulled out her weave, her hearing aid and stole her $500 LV purse. Later, police discovered these girls were hookers who worked for her ex-boyfriend pimp, Roshawn Anthony, whom she had earlier dumped.

“This ex-boyfriend called some of his women, and they pounced on her,” another police source said. “They beat her bad. They ripped out her hair weave. Her hair was a mess – and that seems to be what she cared about most.”

They say pimping ain’t easy, but I think that’s a complete lie. All you do is sit there and collect money and stab Johns who don’t pay. Occasionally, you send your girls to beat your ex because you’re angry and rough them up a little to keep them in check. It’s so easy even a caveman could do it. He probably saves money on car insurance too.
