Months before Gary Coleman’s “fell,” split open his head and slipped into a coma, he filed a restraining order against his ex-wife Shannon Price. In the affidavit, Coleman described Shannon as abusive, vindictive and said she had moved back in the house against his wishes.

Coleman says that ex-wife Shannon Price has moved back into his home against his wishes while he is hospitalized.

And contradicting the picture that Price has painted of herself as a loving ex-wife, Coleman writes that Price “has shown a tendency to damage, destroy and steal my property and I believe she will continue to do so in my absence and while she is trespassing in my home.”

“The dynamics of their relationship were very unhealthy,” Malcolm told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“This time he knew he needed to break away so he made sure she was not allowed in his home, but then he had feelings for her even though she was abusive and so he allowed her back into his home.”

“I believe if she is given any warning of this pending order to require her to immediately vacate the home, she will cause more damage and destroy more irreplaceable memorabilia, documents, personal papers and other such valuables,” Coleman writes.

“I would therefore ask the Court to issue this order ex parte requiring her removal from the home and restraining her from going upon the premises of my home under any circumstances.”

“Shannon knew how to get what she wanted, and he tried to give her everything to make her happy,” he told RadarOnline.com.

“She was incredibly jealous of his fame, she was a nobody, and she didn’t like to be known as a nobody, so now she is having a ball.”

This is the same Shannon Price that ignored the document saying to keep Gary on life support and pulled the plug after only a day, posed with him while he was in a coma and sold his death photos to magazines and then profited from interviews only 24 hours after his death. She also refused to help stymie Gary’s head wound and, instead, threw a towel at him so he could take care of it himself. This was while he was crawling around disorientated on the ground.

Put this bitch in jail. She might as well have taken a bat and cracked him over the head with it. It couldn’t have been much worse. She probably pulled the plug because it was taking too damn long. She probably even shouted at him 4 hours into it, “Why are you still in a coma, bitch?! You’re so selfish!”

Per his wishes, Gary Coleman’s remains were cremated on Thursday. It doesn’t sound like an autopsy was done. Robert L. Jeffs, an attoreny for Coleman’s estate, said, “The proceeding was conducted in accordance with Mr. Coleman’s desires as expressed in his Will, that no funeral service, wake, or other ceremony memorialize his passing.”

Shannon Price must be glad this is over. All that’s left to do now is somehow legally take control of Gary’s estates and spend his money like she was born into it. If I were you, I’d buy stock in salt licks and hay as soon as possible.

Shannon Price may not have pushed Coleman and busted his head open but she was the one who ultimately chose to pull the plug on him after only one day. Technically, that’s not murder but maybe the police will see things differently once they read these documents filed by Shannon and obtained by TMZ.

Price filed the papers in an effort to gain control over Gary Coleman’s body. Since she’s an imbecile, she didn’t pay attention to the health care power of attorney document signed by Gary which was filed along with it. Under “Instructions for Health Care,” Gary checked the box titled “Choice to Prolong Life” which states, , “I want my life to be prolonged as long as possible within the limits of generally accepted health care standards.” That roughly translates to, “Don’t take me off life support you stupid bitch.”

In the filing, Shannon argues that she was “forced” to pull the plug. She doesn’t explain why she was forced to or whether or not she had a gun to her head but I’m sure she has a very good reason. Maybe she was late for an interview or, like, she really had to blow dry her hair.

In a will from 2005, Gary Coleman named Anna Gray the executor of his estate. Anna, it turns out, was his girlfriend before Shannon Price. Anna and Gary lived together for a number of years but split once Coleman met and married Shannon Price. Once they started living together, Shannon forced Gary to kick Anna out of the house.

“They were good friends, worked together and had a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship for quite a while,” Gray’s attorney Randy Kester told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

“I don’t have any personal knowledge whether or not they had a sexual relationship, but Gary and Anna were boyfriend-girlfriend, that is my understanding.”

“I don’t know the nature of the ending of the relationship other than I know Ms. Price was the cause of the break-up,” he told RadarOnline.com.

If the will is valid, it will supersede the 1999 will which named Gary’s former manager Dion Mial as his executor. It will also trump Shannon’s will which she said was handwritten by Coleman since, by Utah law, the will was terminated when they divorced.

Good. That bitch deserves nothing. She should have to donate her money for standing around and watching Gary Coleman die. If I was Gary, I’d walk out of Lake Hill Mortuary in Utah where his body has been for more than two weeks and slap Shannon upside the head.

Gary Coleman’s body hasn’t even gone into rigor yet and his ex-wife Shannon Price is already filing to assume control of his estate. Shannon submitted a will supposedly written by Gary that reads, “[Shannon will be the] sole heir of any and all monies, properties, bank accounts, earnings, model trains, vehicles, cars, toys, games, electronics, homes, other inheritances if any, all things physical and/or intellectual. This I have done because of my personal selfishness and weakness and I Love her with all my heart.” If Shannon gets control, she’s planning to fire Dion Mial, Gary’s ex-manager and current executor of his affairs per a will filed in 1999.

Dion suspects there was foul play in Gary’s death, and has not been able to obtain an autopsy, because he says, “Shannon Price is responsible for blocking any investigation”.

“By stalemating the process, she is stopping the process,” he said.

“Price is making it very difficult for authorities to get to the bottom of this.”

Even if Price didn’t do it, she’s still guilty. She was useless the entire time. Add to that fact she was probably upstairs dancing and singing, “Money, money, money. Mooooney!” and it’s no wonder Coleman died.

This is how Shannon Price makes money now. By exploiting her dying/dead ex-husband. This is tantamount to a photo bomb. The way she set it up is like a picture you take of your friend while he’s passed out drunk. The only thing missing is a penis drawn on Gary’s cheek with a Sharpie and Shannon giving two thumbs up.

Four photos of Gary Coleman while he lay in a coma, bloodied and with tubes sticking out of him have been sold to an unnamed tabloid for five figures. A photo taken after Gary’s death was not part of the deal. The photos may hit stands early this week.

In less shocking news, three of the four photos were taken by a production company hired by Shannon Price who had enough foresight to see she could make a killing on them after he died. Which was soon. Because she pulled the plug after only a day. A source says Shannon is even featured in one of the photos. No doubt posing in front of Gary with a big smile and two thumbs up.

In related news, Gary will not be buried. Instead, he will be cremated. Asked why, Shannon said this was the easiest way to get rid of all the evidence. I mean, Shannon said to talk to her lawyer unless the $50,000 interview fee can be paid.

It only took a day for Shannon Price to give a paid interview about Gary Coleman’s death. Shannon banked some cash for her TMZ interview which didn’t do her any favors.

Radar now says Shannon is asking for $50,000 an interview. On top of that, for a little extra change, she’s willing to give a video tour of where Gary fell and split his head. Hopefully she hasn’t cleaned up the blood yet. That’s an added value!

The amazing thing is people may be paying her fee. She did an interview with Good Morning America over the weekend in a wheelchair (aww, poor Shannon). She again denied rumors that she was behind Coleman’s death. She said she “would take my own life before I would ever, ever harm him.” Cue the eye rolls.

Also according to Shannon, Gary Coleman may have wanted to die. “We discussed death a few times and he always said he would be very unfair if he left me and I really respect that,” Price said “because I loved him and he loved me and we just can’t live without each other.”

Price later added, “If it was someone else in my situation I am sure they wouldn’t know what to do either.” Maybe. But on the other hand, someone else probably wouldn’t have freaked out and ran upstairs to hide from the blood while Gary writhed around on the floor disorientated. Then when 911 told them to put pressure on the wound, they probably wouldn’t have thrown a towel to Gary and forced him to do it himself.

It’s come to the point where Shannon might as well have been found standing over Gary Coleman’s body with a claw hammer because she’s killed any sympathy anyone may have had for her.

One point about the wheelchair she was in. She says it’s because she has health issues and suffers from seizures. If you watch the video, Shannon actually gets up and walks away from the chair when she thinks she may be having a seizure. I’m no doctor, but wouldn’t it be safer to stay in the damn chair?

TMZ interviewed Shannon Price after Gary Coleman’s death. Shannon basically started the video off defending herself. No one thought Shannon pushed Gary Coleman but now that she mentions it… Shannon’s argument was that she was upstairs and asked why she would push her own husband. For the sake of argument, she was alone with Gary in the house. This is just her word against whoever she’s talking about. Also, at the time, Shannon was not married to Gary so Gary wasn’t her husband.

Regarding pulling the plug on Gary only after one day in the hospital, Shannon argued that doctors told her Gary would have bled out during surgery and died anyway. She then continued that if doctors took a chunk out of his brain, Gary would be like Muhammad Ali and would have died eventually. Shannon then said Gary’s heart would eventually gave out. After that, she compared Gary’s situation to Terry Schiavo’s. Um. So which one is it? Would Gary have bled out, ended up like Muhammad Ali or have had heart problems? Shannon basically gave us three or four scenarios with each one ending in death. Looks like this clever girl has covered all her bases.

In part two of the interview, Shannon said she and Gary always loved to go to Vegas. Yet, later she says she’s poor and can’t pay for his funeral and asks people to help bury Gary.

This chick sounds psycho. She trips over herself a bunch of times. Gary’s death most likely was an accident but this video isn’t helping. I could have fresh blood on my hands from stabbing someone and still be holding the knife and I’d give a more convincing and empathetic interview than this.

Gary Coleman’s ex-wife Shannon Price did have the legal authority to pull the plug. While Shannon did lie to the hospital that she was his wife, a statement released said:

“Mr. Coleman had completed an Advanced Health Care Directive that granted Shannon Price permission to make medical decisions on his behalf if he was unable to do so. An Advanced Health Care Directive remains in effect regardless of a patient’s marital status, unless modified by the patient. It is a private medical document which the hospital does not have permission to release. However, we received permission to confirm that the document was in effect at the time of Mr. Coleman’s death.”

Granted, this was the same Shannon Price who threw a towel at Gary from 20 feet away and told him to put pressure on his own head wound because she couldn’t deal with all the blood. This probably isn’t the best person to make important medical conditions for you. A hungry lion would have been more helpful than Shannon.

TMZ has the 911 call Shannon Price made when Gary Coleman fell last week. Shannon told the operator that it all happened when she told Gary, “Bitch, make me a sammich,” and Gary was all like, “Yes, ma’am,” and then while he was making her food, he somehow fell and hit his head. Shannon, meanwhile, was upstairs with a fever. She went to to see what happened and just saw Gary lying there with blood everywhere.

Naturally, she ran upstairs to call 911 but was having a real hard time helping the injured Gary because, I quote, “I’m gagging. I’ve got blood on myself. I can’t deal.” The operator repeatedly asks Shannon to apply pressure to the back of Gary’s head where he’s bleeding from and Shannon just tells Gary to do it himself. Gary, meanwhile, is lethargic and out of it, possibly because of a damn concussion. Naturally, there’s no way he’s going to apply pressure to the back of his head properly. Shannon also adds that she’s sick and that she couldn’t drive him to the hospital because she might have a seizure. You can hear at the end of the tape that Gary was standing up but still out of it. The medics finally arrive before Gary had to stitch his own head up.

A word of advice. Don’t ever marry this girl. If you’re laying on the floor dying from a head wound, the most you can hope for from her is a call to 911. I’m surprised she didn’t bitch out Gary for not finishing her food before he hit his head. “That Gary was a real jerk,” she’ll probably say at the funeral in reference to the time he died before he finished making her a sandwich.

In related news, ET says they have court papers confirming Gary Coleman and Shannon Price were divorced on August 12, 2008. Court fees were paid for by Gary and no alimony was awarded. This is interesting because Shannon was the one who gave the approval to pull Gary off life support. Now the question is whether or not she had legal authority to do so. A spokesperson for the hospital said, “We had no indication that the information Shannon gave us was false. She portrayed herself as his wife.”

This went from bad to worse. Gary Coleman, who was hospitalized for a brain hemorrhage after a fall, is now dead. He was taken off life support Friday morning and died shortly thereafter at 12:05 MST. Doctors say it was due to an intracranial hemorrhage. His wife and father were at the hospital by his side. He was 42. A press conference will be held at the hospital at 3 PM.

Yesterday it was reported Gary Coleman was hospitalized after falling. Now E! says he’s on life support with a brain hemorrhage. He might die.

“As of mid-morning on May 27, Mr. Coleman was conscious and lucid,” said Alcantar. “By early afternoon, Mr. Coleman was slipping in and out of consciousness and his condition worsened.

“We are saddened to announce that since mid-afternoon, Mountain Time, on May 27, 2010, Mr. Coleman has been unconscious and on life support.”

In a sad coda to his statement, Alcantar says that despite Coleman’s recent history of health problems and personal issues, “he always has had fond memories of being an entertainer and appreciates his fans for all their support over the years.

“At this critical moment, we can only ask for your thoughts and prayers for Gary to make a speedy and full recovery.”

That’s rough. Coleman’s life started out great when he starred in Different Strokes. Then everyone found out he had a growth condition. Then he lost all his money and became a security guard. Then his wife accused him of domestic violence. Now he has a brain hemorrhage from falling down. Coleman has the worst luck ever. They should keep him away from ropes and sharp objects because through a series of unfortunate events, he may wind up accidentally killing himself.
