Heather Locklear secretly entered rehab after her split with Jack Wagner back in November. It didn’t quite work as the split eventually led to her getting physical with Jack Wagner, stealing his dog and mixing prescription medication and alcohol.

“Heather has been out of control for many years,” a source tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out now). “Her drinking has caused her to fall out of many friendships.

“She doesn’t get out of bed most days,” the source explains, adding that “Jack kept her on the straight and narrow, but he couldn’t keep Heather sober.”

Though Wagner, 52, “begged her to go to rehab,” it wasn’t until after their breakup that Locklear “entered a treatment program, which her family was able to keep quiet.”

Heather Locklear was hospitalized last week when she mixed prescription drugs and alcohol after a fight with her ex-fiance Jack Wagner in which she knocked Jack on his ass and kidnapped his dog.

Just days before being rushed to the hospital on January 12, the 50-year-old beauty had a blowout altercation with ex-fiancé, Jack Wagner, after he drove to her Sherman Oaks, California home to return some belongings.

“A huge argument erupted as they insulted each other’s families,” a source exclusively told Star. “As Heather went to her car, Jack lunged at her, trying to grab or push her. Her reaction was to swing.

“She caught Jack with a right hook across his face, knocking him to the ground.”

Wagner,52,then put his hands around her and Heather slammed into the car, while he ran into the house, revealed the insider.

Locklear quickly fled, but not before grabbing Jack’s dog and putting it in the car.

According to Star’s source, the drama didn’t end there. The police arrived and after speaking to them both they realized the gash across Wagner’s face was caused in self defense. “Heather didn’t want to press charges, so she left.”Radar Online

Instead of mixing drugs and alcohol, Heather should have taken a picture of his dog bound and gagged and then sent a ransom note saying, “If you want to see your dog alive again, stop being a dickwad.”

Heather Locklear was rushed to the hospital on Thursday after her sister called 911 afraid that Heather was in danger. Turns out she was as she had mixed prescription drugs with alcohol. Heather Locklear was arrested for a hit and run last Saturday. Cops say at around 4 AM Heather went up a curb and crashed her black BMW into a “no parking” sign. A snitch who heard it called it in at 7:48 PM.

The one and only eyewitness who phoned it in turned out to be Jill Ishkanian — a former employee of Us Weekly being investigated by the FBI for hacking into Us’s database to track celebs — who was following Heather through Montecito. The Daily Mail has more details on what led up to Heather Locklear’s DUI arrest on Saturday in Santa Barbara, California. Witnesses say Heather was “revving her engine loudly and repeatedly reversing over a pair of sunglasses in a car park in SB.” She then parked on the highway and “stumbled into traffic.”

Police made the 47-year-old balance on one foot to see if she was sober – but she had to steady herself on a road sign.

Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall said following the call from the resident, an officer found Locklear’s car parked on a state highway and blocking a lane in Montecito, a wealthy community about 90 miles northwest of Los Angeles.

A CHP officer was also caught taking pictures of Heather with their cellphone during the arrest. Officials claim he was documenting the scene, but others at CHP say officers aren’t allowed to use their personal cells, especially when they are arresting a celebrity. The videos and photos are being turned over to the D.A.

A week from now, Heather will be back on the streets. The judge will say running over a pair of sunglasses isn’t a crime and she stumbled into traffic because a bee was chasing her. Then he’ll sacrifice his virgin daughter in Heather’s name because celebrities are like gods in SoCal.

A good treatment for Heather’s anxiety is to sneak up behind her with two large cymbals and bang them over and over as hard as you can.
