Howard K. Stern turned himself in after he, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich were charged with conspiring to feed an addict, Anna Nicole Smith, with prescription drugs. Smith died last February from taking a lethal combination of RX’s.

Stern and Kapoor were charged with one count of unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance. Eroshevich and Stern were charged with unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance between June 2004 and January 2007.

Kapoor and Eroshevich were each charged with obtaining a prescription for opiates by “fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.” They were both also charged with one count of obtaining a prescription for opiates by giving a false name or address.

Kapoor and Stern were also charged with one count of “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.” Eroshevich was charged with the same crime for separate prescriptions.

It took over a year, but Anna Nicole finally got her revenge. Her storybook life finally has a worthy final chapter and that chapter is her rising out of her grave to reclaim her baby Dannielynn. Muahahahaha.

There have been ongoing negotiations between Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead concerning custody over Dannielynn. TMZ has learned Stern has let Birkhead spend time with the baby and is willing to cooperate if the price is right.

Specifically, sources say Stern has his eye on the Bahamian house Anna Nicole bought (not Horizons), and the boat she purchased just before her death. But that is not the end of Stern’s financial wish list. Sources say he has set his sights on other assets as well.

No, this can’t be. Howard K. Stern would never use his precious Dannielynn as a bargaining chip. Howard K. Stern is not a money hungry opportunist. What’s that you say? The house, boat AND the estate? Do you want her diaper changed before she’s dropped at your doorstep?

Howard K. Stern flew back to the Bahamas to reunite with Dannielynn and discovered someone had broken into his and Anna’s shared home. All her personal belongings were pilfered in an attempt to profit off of them.

“I just can’t believe it,” exclaims Howard. “These people could be so cruel. I mean, they literally — the day after Anna died — came in here, and all of our personal things are gone. All of our videos, the video of our baby’s birth, computers, all the storage drives, everything of importance, every legal paper, recordings, Anna’s paintings — her own paintings that she made, that were in the nursery — and they just stole it.”

Howard says he wants everything back. Logically, the thieves will feel a wave of guilt and come back with their tail between their legs to return the items and be thrown in jail. Which reminds me of back in the day when I stole most of Baron Von Housen’s millions. He lost the title of Baron, his wife divorced him and he died a pauper. Sure I feel guilty sometimes, but swimming in my vault of cash takes care of that pesky problem.

Howard K. Stern received $1 million to do this interview with Entertainment Tonight which will begin airing in segments over the week. He was filmed on a jet from Florida to the Bahamas. Howard blubbers,

“I just want her to be with Daniel, I hope that they’re happy … she was such a wonderful person.”

The guy looks like he’s about to burst out in maniacal laughter. Who wouldn’t when they’re thinking about the $1 million they just made and the possibility of a lot more after Anna’s estate is settled? Too bad ET won’t show the footage where he’s doing cartwheels all over the jet.

Have you ever thought to yourself, “I bet Anna Nicole Smith would look smoking hot on her wedding day”? If you have, then you would be wrong. Dead wrong. People snagged these wedding pictures of Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern for an alleged $1 million. To say she looks stunning would be an understatement. She is gorgeous. Larry Birkhead, the other guy claiming to be the dad of Dannielynn, has filed suit for a paternity test. He alleges Anna Nicole Smith is addicted to methadone (found in Daniel Smith’s body) and Stern facilitated the habit. That she fled to the Bahamas to avoid drug testing her baby. That Howard is claiming he’s the father for his own financial gain. Some say he sold his wedding/commitment photos to People magazine for $1 million. And that Stern asked a third man to say he was the father of Anna’s daughter, but it didn’t work because he already had a vasectomy.

So continues the dysfunctional circus that is Anna Nicole’s life. Not even the best soap opera writers in Hollywood could come up with something like this. If they did and they handed it in for approval, they would be asked to take this part out because it’s a little too far fetched, but the parts about vampires are fine because vampires are super cool.

Soon after the news that Anna Nicole Smith married Howard K. Stern in the Bahamas, comes a shocking revelation by ET. These two weren’t married at all. They were united in an officiated commitment ceremony…a commitment before God “to be each other’s strength during this difficult time”.

“The event was intended to be totally private between two adults deeply in love with each other and needing simple reassurances that they could count on one another through life’s ups and downs. The outing was never expected to be shared with anyone other than Howard, Anna, [her newborn daughter] DANNIELYNN HOPE and a few close friends and family.”

For those wondering how this is different from an actual wedding. Well, first off, no marriage certificate was issued. Second, these two are going to Hell. Third, no one really cares. Anna could have anally fisted Howard on that catamaran and still not an eyelash would be batted.

Star has learned that Anna Nicole Smith has married her attorney Howard K. Stern this morning on a boat in the Bahamas. Daniel’s death isn’t affecting her that much as they had speedboats delivering champagne and Anna was wearing a pink bikini. Ok, I don’t know how the bikini is that relevant or interesting. This is Howard’s first marriage and Anna’s third.

I didn’t think Howard was that rich since, you didn’t hear this from me but, Anna’s been known to marry for money. Keep it on the down-low. I’ll be nice and give this marriage two years because of the baby on the way. Boy will Howard be pissed when the kid ends up coming out black.

Anna Nicole’s lawyer, Howard K. Stern, was on Larry King Live Tuesday and stated that he is the father of Anna Nicole’s newborn baby girl Danilynne Hope.

“Anna and I have been in a relationship, and we love each other, and it’s been going a very long time,” he told King. “[Due to the fact that I am her lawyer], we felt it was best to keep everything hidden.”

Stern also revealed that he was in the room while Anna tried to revive her son. The night before Daniel died, Stern said Daniel felt unusually tired and wishes he had seen the signs.

Stern must really love Anna because admitting you fathered a child with a living bobblehead takes real guts. The insane thing is a man by the name of Larry Birkhead is also claiming to be the father of Danilynne. Yea, it makes absolute sense that men are fighting over Anna Nicole. The world isn’t backwards at all.
