The National Enquirer released pictures of a cross-dressing John Travolta allegedly snapped at a party in 1997. Travolta can be seen wearing a blonde wig, white dress, brown belt, fur stole, earrings and a necklace. He also went the extra mile putting on makeup, thick black eyeliner and pink lilpstick. It seemed like a really roundabout way to get a guy to have sex with him.

TNE also claims Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, has left him because of this scandal.

A “friend of the actress” tells the Enquirer: “Kelly told me their marriage is over and made it clear that she’s no longer living in the family home.

“She’s put up with John’s double life for decades while his behavior remained in the shadows.

“But all this coming out in public has humiliated her. Kelly is absolutely destroyed.”

This contradicts reports from an insider saying Kelly is standing by John, that she’s endured these rumors for years and it’s going to take a lot more than John wiggling his butt at a masseur and jacking off in front of them to scare her away. Yes sir, a lot more.

Then last Friday, two more men came forward accusing John Travolta of sexual assault. One accuser is from Seattle and alleges that after a Qantas event in 2000, Travolta cornered him while he was cleaning a guest room. “He came up right behind me and grabbed my a–.,” the former catering staffer, 48, claimed to the New York Daily News. “I turned around and saw that his penis was out of his pants.” Oh, please. I bet that’s just how John says hi in front of men. Instead of waving his hand, he waves his penis.

I represent John Doe #1. Mr. Doe’s lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice which means that he is still legally entitled to file another lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses. Allred doesn’t seem so much an attorney as a pr rep for non-famous people. When you hire her, you aren’t hiring her for her skills in the courtroom. You’re hiring her to get as much publicity and interview money out of a lawsuit as she can before the entire case blows up in your face.

After proof came out that John Travolta was nowhere near LA when John Doe #1 said he sexually harassed him, John Doe #1 changed his story saying he got the dates mixed up. This despite the fact that, according to his story, he would have had email correspondences with Travolta which he could have used to double check the date and he probably would have because if his lawyer was any good at all, they would have asked, “Are you sure? Are you sure? I’m filing it. Are you sure? I’m turning it in. Are you sure?”

Anyway, turns out John Doe #1 doesn’t want to go through with the lawsuit because Travolta called his bluff and threatened to countersue him. Travolta’s lawyer Marty Singer said, “My client is completely vindicated by Doe #1 dropping his claims and dismissing his lawsuit. We fully expect that my client will similarly be vindicated with respect to Doe #2, as well as with respect to any other person who makes meritless claims against John Travolta.”

Radar reported yesterday that John Doe #2, who’s suing John Travolta for going spread eagle on him during a massage, will be entering mediation instead of going to trial. The reason for this is to keep the identity of John Doe #2 private and avoid a media circus.

“Marty Singer, and Okorie Okorocha have spoken and both are working on the ground rules for the evidence and procedure about how the mediation will proceed, and that process could take 1-2 months. This is commonly done before formal mediation begins. Both sides will agree to keep all transcripts sealed, as well as all witness statements, depositions, etc. The lawsuit will be heard by a private judge, who will decide how much money if any the accuser will receive. All of the proceedings will be strictly confidential, but make no mistake, this will be a dog fight, that will take place out of the public forum. This is done for a plethora of reasons, mainly, this will allow the masseur’s identity from being made public, and it would just be a media circus if it did go to trial This will be the best way for the case to be heard with minimal disruption to John Travolta and the masseur’s life.”

Today, reports say John Doe #2 would be willing to settle quickly for $250k. It sounds shady because of how quickly they threw out a number to negotiate off of. John Doe’s lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, says it’s because his client wants his life back. Then he crossed his fingers hoping Travolta wouldn’t call his bluff.

“Look my client is a very tall man, weighs about 300 pounds and is also a personal trainer so a private judge could absolutely look at him and wonder how much in damages he really suffered. If this could settle quickly, well, obviously, that would be the best result for all parties involved,” Okorocha says.

Well, at least we know John Travolta goes for quality tail.

In related news, Travolta’s third accuser, Fabian Zanzi, has sort of conflicting stories. TMZ has an incident report from the Royal Caribbean Cruise Zanzi worked on which doesn’t mention anything about sexual harassment, only that Travolta asked him for a neck massage . He obliged and was then told “he was a beautiful person and invited him to return to visit him later that night.” Zanzi refused.

Zanzi’s story now, of course, is Travolta gave him a big hug with an open robe and erect penis. Travolta then offered him $12,000 for sex and his silence.

Marty Singer, Travolta’s lawyer, claims this conflicting incident report vindicates John Travolta. Though it could be Zanzi didn’t want to say anything because he was already reprimanded for giving a neck massage.

A third man has come forward alleging John Travolta sexually harassed him while he was working. Fabian Zanzi, who doesn’t care too much about anonymity, says he was working on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship in 2009 and in charge of VIP guests when it happened.

In related news, Travolta’s first accuser plans to amend his lawsuit claiming he got the date wrong making his story a little iffy considering the email exchange they had beforehand which could have been used to easily confirm the dates.

Then, Travolta started to grab, rub and caress Doe Plaintiff no. 2′s upper thighs and buttocks….Travolta still had an erection and wanted his abdominals done, but Travolta’s erection was in the way and he refused to have his penis covered by a sheet of a pillow case cover…Travolta started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session, and Doe Plaintiff No.2, said he had to go,” the docs state.

I like how he didn’t get the hell out when John tried to get him to massage his anus and how they make it sound like the main reason he wouldn’t work on his abdominal was because his erection was in the way. Fiore has been telling various players in this saga that “money is coming from overseas,” etc. But so far it hasn’t arrived. All work has halted, although not much work has actually happened.
