After seeing the Shia LaBeouf directed Kid Cudi video, Marilyn Manson was so impressed that he decided to team up with Shia to have him direct an almost seven minute “promotional trailer.” The resulting video focuses on the “Born Villain” track and is like a goth Un Chien Andalou. Says Shia,

…“we tried to make Manson’s Un Chien Andalou macabre Macbeth — that’s sort of what that became”, with further references to obscure short films like Alejandro Jodorowsky’s 1973 film The Holy Mountain and the work of Spanish filmmaker Luis Buñuel. The resulting clip is a mish-mash of dark, violent imagery, including unsanitary medical procedures, limb removal, blood spitting, and Manson offering free haircuts. In short, it’s the standard twisted visuals Marilyn Manson has built a career on. — MTV

Anyone notice that Manson is looking more “normal” these days? I think it’s the receding hairline combined with minor weight gain. This is what happens with goth meets middle-age.

Marilyn Manson isn’t edgy at all and I never understood his goth schtick. His videos are try-hard and are about as shocking as two puppies play fighting. Yet, girls like Evan Rachel Wood date him (explanation of that here, it’s like when a white girl’s parents really disapprove of her dating a black guy).

And thank God for that because if she hadn’t, he’d never have tricked Evan Rachel Wood into taking “artistic” nudes for him.

Evan Rachel Wood will once again transform herself into Dita 2.0 as Page Six reports she and Marilyn Manson may be back on again. The two were seen leaving the W Hotel in LA together Sunday morning before the Oscars.

Our source outside the hotel said Manson emerged first and “said he was waiting for his girlfriend.” Then, she came out and they climbed into a waiting car.

God, anyone but Manson. He’s a freak. And I don’t mean that in a “I’m an adult and he scares me, kids these days” kind of way. That’s the NSFW video for Marilyn Manson’s new single Heart-Shaped Glasses whose name is just as retarded as the video. Today, Radar reports that Manson and mid-life crisis girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood had very real sex while filming the scene in the beginning. The one where Rachel fakes an orgasm.

According to a source close to the production crew, Manson and Wood elected not to fake their intercourse. Though their naughty bits are concealed on-screen by bedclothes and each other’s bodies, the logistics of the shoot ensured the crew members had an intimate view of the proceedings: The video was originally intended to be shot in 3-D, meaning the couple’s writhings had to be shot from several different angles simultaneously. And just to be sure they got it right, Manson and Wood got it on three times for the cameras.

I thought the only people who listened to Marilyn Manson have either killed themselves from the embarrassment or run out of money to buy makeup with. Apparently, there’s still a few people left which means we have to endure his shitty music for another year. Even more so now that he’s dating 19-year-old Rachel Evan Wood and simulating sex in music videos. If Manson was really controversial, he’d stab himself in the heart with an ice pick. Only two weeks after Dita Von Teese left him, Marilyn Manson may already be finding a replacement. Marilyn is said to be developing a close friendship with 19-year-old Evan Rachel Wood.

On the night von Teese left Manson, he had a listening party at a house in Beverly Hills. Wood was by his side there and a source told Us Weekly, “They were like an old married couple. She was always right next to him and so attentive.” After opening some gifts (which included a live scorpion), Manson led Wood and pals into a room to listen to songs from his next album. “Evan was really into it,” says the source.

Manson is described as such a hard partier that he’s always drunk and didn’t even know Von Teese moved out of their home. Even Lindsay Lohan was calling him all night wanting to party. Not only that, but he’s good friends with Angelina Jolie.

What? How is this guy such a ladies man? The only reason I can think of is his extensive makeup collection. He probably has special stuff made from animals like a white gorilla or an albatross. Sure at first the ladies oooh and ahh, but it gets a little awkward when you tell them the lip balm they just put on was made from the piss of the biggest rat known to man.

Sources say Dita Von Teese will soon be surprise serving Marilyn Manson with divorce papers after a year of marriage. She cites the usual irreconcilable differences and claims she filed this before Christmas.
